Chapter 10

After getting back I had to do my finger pints so I can get up to the house. Danny told me to do that and go right up to the house after being done. I nodded and did what he said. It took about 10 mins to do my finger printers and to make sure it works just fine. I got to the front door. Before I got to open the door I hear someone yelling. It sounds like it was coming from the other said of the door.

I did not know if I needed to go in or not. But I did. As soon as the door open James and a man were in the leaving room and they did not look happy.

I closed the door and started walking to my room until James stop me, "Anna, please come here. I like you to mean one of my old friends. He worked for me for some time now, but he had to stop working, he gets sick from the chemo he has to do."

I looked up at this man, he did look sick, he had no hair and it was white like a ghost. I nodded to him.

"Old friend this is Anna, she is my new assistant." 

"Hello Anna, welcome to the family." he looks up at James and turns to the front door.

"Don't forget old friend," James called after him, and the man just waved his hand at him.

James looked at me, "So, Anna. Like to go out for dinner? We going to be working closely together so I think we should get to know each other."

I nodded, " Is your wife going to be with us?"

He just looks at me, with an off look. "I don't have a wife. I have never been married before."

Oh, that's going to make my dreams a lot heard to stop.

***Dinner time***

After taking a shower and getting dress I look at myself. I picked out blue jeans and a nice blue shirt. I put my hair up in a bun. My hair was so long that it was all most to the back of my knees. I did put on a little makeup. I never did like make up that much. But I did put eyeliner on.

After making sure I looked good, I walk out of the room and to the leaving room. James was waiting on me, he was again in a 3 price suit and it was the black one this time. He was so sexy in that black one.

He smiles and takes my arm in his and we start to the car.

We pull up to a place called Demo. It took about an hour for us to get there. James was driving fast. In and out of cars. All most made me sick a time or two but I was good.

After a walk into Demo, everyone stops and walks right over to us, "Ms. Rosie. How can we help you? If we knew you were coming in we would have everything ready for you." They all told me James just told them that's ok and give us the best sit they had open at that time. 

After sitting down James told them that he wanted two Chef’s menus and thing of red wins.

I was looking everywhere, seeing the flowers on the table, the plates that were white and gold. The photos on the wall. But my eyes fall on James who was looking at me, with one hand on his face the other hand on the table tapping one finger. I can see him smiling. 

I did not know what to do, do I need to talk or just keep looking at him.

We sat there for a good long min, drinking win. I had about 2 glasses before the food got here.

I did not know what I was about to eat but it looked so good. It was some meat and looks like brown-gray.

"Anna, how's the food?" He asked

 I nodded, "It's good, I never had anything like this before."

 He just smiles at me. He likes smiling at me, I don't know why, am not hot or sexy but the look in his eyes, he wanted more. There was lust in his eyes. 

We sat there eating not saying a word. I thought he wanted to get to know me more. but all he wants to do is look at me.

After eating James paid the bill and we got back in the car. I was looking out the window as my eyes were closing. I was getting sleep. 

The next thing I know James was waking me up. As we pulled to the business.

We get out and go right up to the house. 

"Anna, I have a little work to do, if you like you can go to sleep."

He looked a little sad. Like something was not going right. I nodded and walked to my room. My phone started going off and I looked and it was Carly.

I close the door and answer the phone. I told her all about my day.

"Carly, James doesn't look happy, he looks said about something. I don't know what to do, he is my boss. What do I need to do to get him to talk to me?"

She told me to go get some drinks and give him one and maybe you can have a little work s*x fun. I knew I never should ask her for any idea, everything can be worked out with s*x. 

But maybe if we have some drinks we can start talking. I mean if we have sex..no Anna, no s*x he is your boss.

I go in the kitchen and get whiskey and some rum. I walk over to him. He looks over at me from his laptop and smiles. 

"You know, we did not talk over dinner. So, if you don't mind maybe we can drink and talk a little?" I asked as I sat down next to him. 

"Ok, Anna. Let's talk."

We sat there and started talking about anything and everything. The colors we like, the books we liked to read. What I wanted to do with my life. We talked and talked. James got up and started to play some music. 

"May I have this dance?" He asked holding out his hand. I keep my eyes on his and take his hand as he pulls me up. He puts one hand on my lower back, and the other one in my hand,. I put my hand on his shoders and we started to move side to side slowly. We stayed like this for a long time, just looking in the eyes of each other. 

Then it looked like James was going to kiss me, I did not know what to do, did I want him to kiss me? Did I want to kiss him? Before anything did happen I pulled away from him. " I'm getting sleepy. Thank you for a good night. Sweet dreams." I said as I walked to my room closed the door and laid in bed to dream of a man I just dance with.
