Something Moon was used to had to be waking up to the denim blue walls, her phone and water bottle right beside her, that was usually how it was and how it went—a routine you could call it.
A routine that hadn't been today's usual routine, no, not when the walls were a shade of lilac—her phone was besides another phone with a flower patterned phone case a contrast to her plain black one. To top it all off, she felt arms around waist and a weight against her right arm as her left hand rested on Aster's shoulder.
She knew she had been cuddling with Aster all night, all night since they had finally broken off their makeout session, that, she wish didn't have to end but sadly did.
Moon proposed going home afterwards but Aster didn't let her, not even when Moon insisted on it because tomorrow—today—had been a working day for her.
"You'll go home early, I'll set the alarm for you." Aster signed then without further persistence from Moon, the two settled on having ordered pizza—right after Aster dragged her into her room, gave her a t-shirt she'd comfortably sleep in all night and shoved her into the bathroom to change.
The moment Moon got out of the bathroom all ready to hit the bed, Aster had yet again lightly grabbed Moon's wrist and dragged her to the bed immediately straddling her—well and then, they had yet another makeout session that Moon rightfully so stopped before she couldn't control herself.
She was in Aster's bed, her legs were bare she felt Aster's thighs on hers, Aster was on to of her in a very thin night gown—one thing would have led to the other, it already did with Moon slipping off one of Aster's night gown straps off her shoulder but yeah—she stopped it, she wanted them to have their first date first before all that could get into the picture.
And here they were, cuddling on Tuesday morning—on a work day she should be preparing for, well at least get going back to her apartment to get ready for. Trying her best not to wake Aster, Moon stretched out her left hand to the bedside table trying to grab her phone—the first time her finger tips landed on Aster's phone, hers was a bit further which meant Aster had no move regardless of trying to stretch her hand out as far as she could go.
Shifting their position a bit, Aster laid on her back with Moon's hand still under her and if course Aster holding onto her. With a few more light taps against the bedside table, Moon managed to place the tip of her middle & index finger on the phone screen—slowly pulling it towards her until she could pick it up with all her hand, Moon laid on her back switching the screen on.
6:33AM
Moon tsked squinting at the time, it made sense as to why her alarm didn't ring—it did like thirty three minutes ago and she hadn't heard it, the first three times. If at all she wanted to not be late for work, she had to leave in the next six minutes—two minutes to get dressed in her yesterday clothes, a minute or three to convince Aster to let her first get out of bed and two get out of the front door, and if course one minute to get all her morning and goodbye kisses.
Luckily for Moon, all her movements did disrupt Aster's sleep as she stirred awake. She partially opened her eyes before closing them again, then opened them again when Moon pressed her lips against Aster's forehead—there had been a faint shade of pink on her cheeks, her hands gripped Moon's shirt lightly.
Barely awake, that's how Aster looked at Moon—Aster would definitely go back to sleep any moment now. Turning on her phone again she quickly typed something before holding it up to Aster.
'I need to leave but I can't.'
Aster stared at the phone then Moon, was she a bit puzzled, yes of course she was—they had agreed upon 6:00AM would be the time Moon actually got up and out of bed then eventually, out of her apartment to head to work. What Aster couldn't get had been why Moon couldn't, she wasn't stopping her—
Aster pursed her lips staring at how close Moon was, what this bump she felt under her was—she was literally stopping her—with her arms tightly around her and her letting her whole weight rest on Moon arm.
Immediately Aster sat up, apologetically looking at Moon, who had been massaging her now released arm. Aster's eyes fell on Moon's phone, not thinking over it she took it into her own hand before the screen completely went dim.
'I'm so sorry. I won't stop you now, can I see you later?'
At that, Moon tilted her head to the side as she thought over something, a smile came over her face.
"I'll take you on a date, today." Moon spoke, she hadn't done that slowly in order to make it easier for Aster to read her lips, it was on purpose of course. Aster took her gaze off Moon to the phone typing something with a frown—she looked so cute, Moon snatched the phone away before she could finish.
Moon's lips immediately kissed hers, stopping her little protest—it hadn't been deep as yesterday's, just a little touch of theirs lips. Pulling back, Moon leaned in again planting three soft kisses on Aster's lips and forehead, the forehead kiss lasting a bit longer before Moon meant her gaze for a brief moment—a fourth kiss on the lips followed, then she got out of bed hurriedly heading to the bathroom.
Moon's phone abandoned beside Aster, who was looking dumbfounded at the closed door with blush on her cheeks and ears.
How did Moon think she'd sleep now, her heart was racing and all forms of exhaustion she had couldn't be obtained right now. Aster fell back on the bed, her hands over her chest—Moon could certainly kill her from euphoria.

2:25PM
Could the time move any slower? Aster didn't know the answer to that but today she could claim the watch on the wall dragged, she was sure when she looked up at it, it read the exact same thing and well—Moon wouldn't n't showed up, yet, she was sure Moon hurriedly said something about meeting her after work—she hadn't gotten the gist of it all and Moon didn't clarify but just kissed her.
She wasn't complaining at all.
She just missed Moon and there was radio silence from Moon via text since Moon had informed Aster, of her arriving at work at 7:56AM—it was so unbearably quiet that the time felt slower.
Aster perked at the vibration from the phone she held in hand, her posture straightened immediately when she saw Moon's new message pop up in their already opened chat.
'You look gloomy.'
Aster took her eyes off her phone to look for Moon in her floral shop, and Moon stood smiley face in front of Aster. Aster couldn't help but notice how not recently off work Moon looked, first off she didn't have a bag pack clinging to her shoulders—there was no necktie around her usual dress shirt, nor was she wearing a dress shirt for that matter.
Moon had on jeans and a long sleeved black shirt, with sneakers on her feet—it was too early to get off work honestly and well it wasn't Friday for her to dress so casually, there was something she was missing.
Aster furrowed her eyebrows, "Did you go to work?" she signed curiously eyeing Moon, who shrugged.
"I went to a site visit, got off early." Moon spoke as she made her way behind the front desk, taking one of Aster's hand she pulled the woman towards her. "Can I kiss you?" Moon asked running her thumb over Aster's lower lip, her other hand held onto Aster's hip holding her close.
Moon knew Aster did say, when it was her everything was okay, sure but she didn't know if everything was okay—in public as well, kissing in your apartment was very different to kissing your girlfriend's floral shop where anyone would and could walk in.
Her girlfriend, Moon sighed. She could get used to that—Aster being hers, hers in way she would care, love, adore, hold—every second with her with such luxuries.
Aster didn't give her a reply, rather lightly pressed her lips against Moon's before pulled back. It was, from how Moon took it, a go ahead from Aster—the assurance she needed before pulling Aster into a kiss, more passionately and deeper than Aster's earlier one.
Aster loved the way Moon's lips moved on hers, she kissed so gently it felt as though she was savouring her with each second, and gosh Moon's scent embraced all of her just as her hands held her—it made her physically weak that she had to hold onto Moon's shoulders as they kissed, because she was so close to jumping on the woman—she couldn't stand anymore and more especially after Moon broke the kiss, Aster held onto to her.
Aster gripped Moon's shirt as the woman had decided a kiss on the lips wasn't enough, she had to leave a trail of kisses on her jaw and neck. She just couldn't find the strength in her legs to stand anymore, nor could she find the strength to stop it—it felt all too good.
Like she was dreaming.
Till eventually Moon left the last kiss on her lips, a brief kiss then Aster's eyes flew open staring into Moon's eyes—a little smirk pasted on her lips.
"We have places to be, 나의 애인."
Aster furrowed her eyebrows at the last set of words, the way Moon's moved was unfamiliar and she knew damn well it hadn't been English—Moon loved doing this, so much that her furrow deepened as Moon's lips moved again.
"그냥 내 곁에 있어줘, 사랑해줘." Moon gently caressed Aster's cheek, Aster had no idea what Moon said but the way her eyes looked at her with so much love and vulnerability made her heart flutter—that was the thing, Moon made her heart flutter so much and so often she felt. "꽃 보러 갈래?"
"근데 알잖아 우리 사이엔 말보다 더 중요한 게 있잖아?" Moon laughed watching how confused Aster got by the second, she was so cute she didn't want to stop—but she eventually did as Aster pinched her getting annoyed, and damn did it hurt.
"Anyway, We're going on a date." Moon signed, right after she wiggled her eyebrows noticing the blush on Aster's cheeks. No thought in mind Moon leaned in, her lips on Asters—her girlfriend. "I think I'm in love with you." Moon whispered once she pulled out of the kiss, her forehead pressed against Aster.
Aster had her hand pressed flat against Moon's abdomen—there was something Aster knew or slowly began to realise, she was falling for Moon each day and there was no stopping it, she loved the spiral of emotions that had been eating her while since Moon came into her life.
"I think I'm falling in love with you."
