I was taken aback to see Helen standing in front of my door. I had not expected her to talk to me again, let alone come to visit me.
"Would you let me in?" She broke my train of thought.
"Yes, of course," I replied.
Helen, I know you don't want to hear this, but I am truly sorry for what I did. I'm not used to sharing my feelings with others, and I understand that I should not have kept it from you. I begged her for forgiveness.
"It's alright, I have forgiven you," she said.
"I am here because I thought you might be anxious about the announcement, so I decided to come and check up on you," she added.
I thanked her and she told me that she was sure I would do a great job as Luna and that I should stop worrying.
At that moment, I heard a knock on the door. "He's here," I said.
Sebastian entered and apologized for being late. Helen told me she would see me after the program and left.
When we arrived at the hall, I stayed behind the podium while Sebastian went to the stage.
Noah was standing beside Sebastian, holding a microphone, and he began to speak.
"As you all know, the Alpha has been searching for his true mate for the past six years, but to no avail. However, I am pleased to announce that your Alpha has found his true mate and she will be your Luna," he said.
The crowd was silent until someone shouted "Woah woah!" and others followed.
Sebastian took the microphone from Noah and asked me to step forward.
As I walked to the podium, I felt the eyes of the pack members on me and I started to feel self-conscious.
Sebastian noticed my expression and held my hands. He continued his speech.
"I have found my mate after six years and I am grateful to the Moon Goddess for blessing me with someone like her," he said, looking at me with a smile.
"I want you all to give her the respect you give to me and treat her as your Luna. Any form of rude behaviour will be dealt with," he concluded.
I moved forward and said my speech. "I am Violet, and I am pleased to be your Luna. I would appreciate your support to make the pack better," I said.
The pack members clapped and rejoiced. Sebastian looked at me and smiled.
Sebastian asked if anyone had any questions for me, Luna.
A girl in the crowd raised her hand and asked what would happen to Evelyn.
Sebastian answered that she would remain a pack member as she had always been.
I noticed the look on Evelyn's face and knew she was not content with the response, but there was nothing she could do.
So, Sebastian concluded the event by saying, "Since no one has anything else, I will call this meeting to an end."
Everyone then went to their respective homes.
Sebastian had already sent some people to my room to pack my belongings and take them to his house, so we were both heading there.
As soon as I arrived, I went straight to the bedroom and collapsed on the bed, exhausted.
Sebastian lay down beside me and said, "You did so well today, baby." I moved closer to him and fell asleep.
When I awoke, I was greeted by the smell of a delicious aroma, making me hungry for food. I followed the scent and found Sebastian cooking.
He said, "You're awake," and added, "I thought you'd be hungry when you woke up, so I decided to make something for you."
I had never imagined Sebastian cooking, but I loved the scene before me. I replied, "Yes, I am very hungry," and he laughed.
He served me pasta with meat and watched me take a bite, expecting me to comment.
I made a weird face, wanting him to think the food tasted bad.
His smile dropped as he saw my expression, and I burst out laughing, telling him I was joking.
After eating, I washed the dishes, after a bit of arguing with Sebastian. We then decided to watch a movie on Netflix.
It took us a while to agree on one, as Sebastian does not like romance dramas and I don't like action movies.
After scrolling through the entire Netflix library, we settled on an anime movie called "Back from Home". It was an interesting movie.
Sebastian wanted to spend time with me before he had to go back to work the next day, and I was determined to make it worthwhile.
He taught me how to play PS5, although he was beating me 5-0. I dropped the pad and gave him a stern look, and he was laughing at me.
He teased, "Don't worry, next time I won't beat you up to that." I smiled and said, "We'll see about that."
I was hitting his arms and chest when he pulled me in a passionate embrace and he suddenly grabbed my hands and kissed me.
I returned the kiss with equal fervor and he swept me off my feet and carried me to our room.
We were both eager to take off our clothes and he looked at me for permission before unhooking my bra.

We were both completely naked and he asked if I wanted to stop.
But I told him to continue, so he used his tongue to lick the side of my neck where he wanted to mark me.
His fangs appeared as he marked me; it was followed by a sharp pain that was quickly replaced by pleasure.
I also put my mark on his neck. As soon as I was done marking him, he put me back on the bed and put his crotch inside me.
I moaned and screamed in pain and pleasure as he gripped my waist and started thrusting.
Moans and groans echoed around his room as he increased his pace and went deeper and faster making me moan more loudly than before.
I screamed his name and we both reached our climax and he fell beside me.
"You are beautiful, mine," he said.
"I am yours" I replied and we had a beautiful night's rest.
I had finally completed the mating bond.
