“Hey Mason,” Jess said beside me
“Oh hi guys, I didn't see you guys there,” Mason said I just watched his lips move up and down I couldn't take my eyes away
“Hi Kayla” Mason chuckled, I opened my mouth to reply and I realised that my mouth had been opened the whole time, my face flushed with embarrassment “Hi” I mumbled and walked quickly into the cafe looking at the ground
“Won't you wait up” Jess called behind me but I didn't even stop
I sat on an empty table and Jess sat beside me
“Why are you running?” Jess asked cluelessly
“He caught me staring” I told her I wanted the ground to open up right now, Jess let out a laugh mocking me
