Chapter 7: meeting the she-wolves

.    Lola POV:

I get home and take a shower, to wash off the sink after training. I lay on my bed not wanting to do my homework or anything for that matter. I force myself out of bed and down the stairs. I make hot chocolate and order a pizza. My parent are working late tonight so I’m home alone. I go upstairs and put on a movie and watch TV till my pizza arrives. I eat pizza and eventually fall asleep. I wake up around 4 am and do my homework for the day. I know not the best idea. I take a shower and head to school. As I’m walking I’m looking at my phone and blasting music through my earphones. I suddenly bump into someone and fall to the ground. I look up to see who I bumped into and see Abbie and her groupies. “Watch where you’re going you little b*tch.” She says looking down at me. I get up and brush the dirt off my clothes. “I’m sorry.” I say as I pick my phone up. “You batter be, you worthless piece of trash.” She says and turns away from me. That’s when I had enough, I couldn’t keep my mouth shut. “What did you say to me?” I demanded to know. “I said be careful where you walk you slut.” She said to me as he used her hand to push me on the shoulder so I stumble backwords. “Don’t touch me.” I said as tried to walk past them not in the mood to start a fight. Se grabbed me and pulled me backwards by my shirt and threw me on the ground. That’s when I lost it and got up and kneed her in the stomach. This attracted a huge crowd of people. She fell to the ground and I walked away like nothing happened. Next time she’ll think twice before trying to throw me around. I walked to the bleaches where Sara and I usually hang around. Sara came running up to me from behind and hugged me tight. “I saw the whole thing.” She said as he let me got and walked next to me. “You did?” I asked feeling embarrassed. “Yes, you have some mad skills.” She said smiling and walking next to me. “Thank you.” I said, as the bell rang. “I’ll see you later. I have to get to class.” I said as I left for my first class of the day. As I walked in everyone was staring at me. news travels fast in this school. I sat down and a guy walks up to me, “Hey gorgeous, wanna hang with me?” He asks as he takes the seat next to me. “No thank you.” I said as I took my books out. He put his hand on my book.  I looked at him and said.” Please leave me alone.” He replied with “I like a girl that can handle herself.” As he put his hand up my shirt. I pushed his hand away and got up.  I walked out of class and decided to skip school for the rest of the day. I went straight to the gym. I needed to relive my anger and the best way to do that is to fight. I got to the gym and looked around for Zack but I couldn’t see him. I saw a guy standing next to the ring and I walked over. “Hello, I’m looking for Zack. Have you seen him.” I ask. “He’s not here how can I help you?” He askes as he looks at me with his dark brown eyes. “I’m looking for Zack I need to train with him.” I say. “He’s not here but if you need someone to train with Blake is in the back. He’s one of our best trainers. I can go call him if you want.” He said. I nodded and he walked off to call Blake.

Blake POV:

After some training with Zack I feel great. I have this meeting this afternoon with my parents and all the she-wolves in the pack, to see if one of them is my mate, little do they know I already found her. I walk home and get ready for this meeting. I take a nice shower and put on a black shirt with jeans. I walk downstairs and walk into my brother. “Are you ready to meet your mate?” He asked sounding so sure my mate was there. “I am yes.” I said as I walked further down the stairs. I walk outside all the she-wolves are lined-up waiting for me to pick one as my mate. My mother and father are standing at the end of the line, as they see me they wave me over. “I hope you’re ready to meet your mate son.” My father said as he hugged me. My mother hugged me and said, “I hope the moon goddess choose a wonderful future Luna someone that would make you very happy.” I smiled at them, if they knew who my real mate was they would be crushed, why did I have to get a human as a mate, she is strong and impressive as a human but she’s still a liability. I walk down the lien of she-wolve sniffing as I have to make it look like I’m searching for my mate. I turn back to my parents and say, “She’s not here, I’m sorry.” I watch as their eyes fill with sadness they were so excited and hopeful. “it’s okay son from tomorrow we will arrange with the packs that live close to visit them until you find your mate.” My father says, I nod and walk up to my room. I lie on my bed as Abbie walks into my room. ”What do you want?” I ask as I’m not in the mood for her now. “You told your parents that your mate wasn’t there… Are you sure she wasn’t there.” She says as she walks closer to me. “I’m sure Abbie now please leave.” I say as I stare at the celling. “But Alpha, I only want to make you fell better.” She says as she gets on the bed next to me. “I’ll be your mate.” She purrs in my ear. “I’m fine Abbie thank you.” I say still not paying attention to her. She climbs on top of me and tries to undo my belt when I use my alpha tone as I’m starting to get annoyed with her trying to get in my pants. “Get out Abbie now!!” I yell at her. She gets off me and says “I’ll see you later Alpha.” I hate it when these she-wolves won’t leave me alone for one second. I’m not interested in them it makes me sick to even think about them in that way, the only one I want to think about in that way is Lola. I try to push the thoughts from my head as I fall asleep.
