The word "Fitness" means “the quality of being suitable,” their are many ways to fit

in your your life which help you to be healthy and stay free from pain and injuries . Fitness is a part of life and and people who prefer to be fit should be consistent . So, consistent means if a person do exercise once a week it says he not consistent and not that fit and training your body once a week will keep you fresh and healthy only for 24 hours . So, being consistent is a key to be fit in your life and should stop exercising in the life . Their are different ways to be fit and healthy and here is one of the example:-

1.) Gym

Gym is way to be fit in life. Gym has many equipment which help to grow the different types of muscles of the body which help to be the version of yourself . If you do Gym 🏋️‍♂️ training for 1 or 2 months you will not see any changes but if you it consistently for 1 or 2 years you will see changes which grow the body muscles and weight training should be done with a proper form otherwise it would led to injuries and should be done 6 days a week and 1 day to give rest to the muscle .
