Doomsday

The scene opens with a young man, probably in his mid twenties, opening his camera and putting it on the stand. He smiled at the camera once he started it, he looked grim, looking back constantly, as if looking out from something. Hello, My name is Kayden. To start this blog let's talk about my world rather than who I am, I live in an apocalyptic world. This world is not your typical zombie survival one, but rather a dangerous Aleanatic substance. Very little is known about what this substance really is, all we call that black sandy substance is doom. Why? Because that's what it brings to us. Many tried to experiment with it, but none were successful. I, myself, don't know how the world was before this all happened. For this apocalyptic started approximately forty-five to fifty years ago, maybe. I am twenty-seven, so if you ask me how the world was before all this s**t started I could only reply with what I heard and what I read. I do love reading, because in my memories, when I was four years old I had seen my mum reading books to me and teasingly telling me how much of a bookworm I am like my dad. I never knew my dad though, my mother always used to tell me that my dad is a busy man, and that he is a scientist. Even while being a child I understood that she was reluctant to speak about dad, so I never usually asked her. Now, before I get distracted again. I will tell you about Doom; Doom is a black sand like substance, it doesn't enter inside of you by touch, oh no it doesn't, but it rather travels through our body openings. As in mouth, ears, nose, p***s, v****a and butthole. If the mentioned places are covered then the risk of getting black blooded is less than 20% maybe. The reason I said Black-blooded is because once the substance enters your body the first thing you will notice is that your blood will turn black. Your body will feel weak. To explain in simple words, there are four stages to being completely Black-blooded. First; Your blood will turn slightly black in colour, it will not be alarming of course. But you will notice if you look closely, then your body will feel inexplicably weak. Most people will know that they are starting to become Black-blooded now, but who will tell another person about it? Second; In four months of time, you will start coughing up black, completely dark midnight Black blood. With this they have entered the second stage, in this stage people will recognise that you're a Black-blooded person if you are not careful. Though the coughing of blood will not be deathly painful, but still painful. Third; After another two months of time, the Black-blooded person will cough up parts of their organs up their throat. There might be a time when you cough up your own f*****g stomach! When you do, fear not! You can still eat, for the black sand will take your stomachs place. In your third stage hiding becomes a little hard and coughing up blood will be very painful. Fourth; Congratulations, you are completely Black-blooded now. Your organs are completely replaced by now, and you are probably as pale as a ghost, though it's still unknown how, once you reach the last stage as in this one, you would automatically know when your demise is going to come. In this stage you will give a final cough of Black blood and your heart and brain will come out of your mouth like a black slime. After coughing up both of your essential organs, you will fall down and dissolve in black sand. As I had previously mentioned, many had tried to experiment with Doom. But because they were unable to, they decided to do something inhumane. They experimented on humans. Now, which humans would be the best to be experimented on? Of Course the black-blooded ones! And so it started, the hunt for Human Doom. This hunt was specifically for those who were not in their fourth stage, probably from first to third. Most preferably first, why? Because that would give them more time to experiment! At first many came willingly, for they thought that it would be a simple humane experiment. Maybe they would be watched, their blood would be taken and that would be it. But oh how wrong they would be… At first, the experiments were fine, as in what the scientists did was to monitor the victims. They wrote down the symptoms and also what happened, to whom, and how. Basically discovering the whole thing I just told you all, but the question is, then why did I mention that they used inhumane practices on the victims? Well it all started with that scientist, his name is Dr. Adam Manhattan. He was a very famous scientist, known for his cruel yet very accurate cures, he cured cancer, I heard that it was a very big thing to the people before this. That period, just for information, is called ‘Utopia’ because literally for us that is Utopia. Now, this period is called ‘Eschaton’ because this is literally the last day for us. I mean, is there any guarantee that I would be alive four to five months later? Now, Dr. Adam Manhattan was the first to cruelly experiment on humans, what he did was take a victim. He took them, and cut off their whole arm. Yes, he did that. What he wanted to see was that Doom would take the arm, and surprisingly yes. It did, according to what I heard. At first, after he cut off the hand unannounced, the victim was bleeding black blood hard. After some hours, a black substance, like sand, started to come out. It reached out, and reached towards the severed hand. After that, it picked it up- No, not picked it up per say. But rather attached itself to it, then moved backwards, until the hand was connected back to the body, once done, the black substance started to form stitches, kind of. The whole process was very painful for the victim of course, but for Dr. Manhattan, this was a new discovery, a miracle even! After doing this, he did this to another victim. But it didn't work? Why? To know this, he studied the blood of the previous victim and discovered something crucial. Blood Group Yes, nothing very interesting, or magnificent, but rather a small yet big difference. Let me elaborate; Kayden then seemed to get up from his place in front of the camera towards another direction to his room, where he took out a watch. After sitting back down at his place, he wore the watch, started it and a hologram opened up. There he typed some codes, and soon a chart was seen, full of different types of blood groups. Now, I am sure you can see these. Let me explain what Dr. Manhattan discovered. As you know, there are many types of blood groups. You sure would have learnt about them, now there are eight which are important. A positive, B positive, O positive, O negative, AB positive and at last AB negative. Now, according to Dr. Manhattan's B-B's Group rules. AB positive:- Doom will not heal. AB negative:- Doom will heal. O negative:- Doom will not heal. O positive:- Yes, Doom will heal. A positive:- Will not. A negative:- Will not. B negative:- Yes will heal. B positive:- Will not heal. As you heard and saw, these are the ones which he observed and saw. Now the thing is this is not the same for everyone, like there are some cases where AB negative was not able to be healed, and yet AB positive did. But generally this is the case, as you may have noticed. Blood groups do not heal in any condition, that is a strange phenomenon, but let's not discuss that yet. Back with Dr. Manhattan, he was a very cruel scientist, never feared to go the most extreme if needed. And seeing him, many followed and soon, the victims were forced, not volunteered. That's why I said victims not volunteers. With the BB spreading faster around the whole world, the economy of the world started to go down. The farmers were the common victim of this monstrosity, many deaths of the farmers led to less food production, which then led to more expensive food supplies. And which then ultimately led to shortage of food among poor sections. With these already going on, the BB's were going higher and higher, that's when two companies stepped in. Solar and Lunar. These two are the ones ruling the world you can say, oh and please don't mistake them as friends, oh god no. They are blood enemies, if one goes south then the other would go to north. That's why Solar and Lunar. See, Solar and Lunar's founders were brothers who were mortal enemies of each other. Very clichè isn't it? The companies were very well funded, starting with robotics. They created and invented many new types of robots which would make food, in replace of farmers. Basically they raced against time to increase the intelligence of humans, and they succeeded. Both of them. As time went by, say after three years, around the time when I was born. They became the main source of everything, from food supplies, to bathroom supplies, everything. As they grew, the other companies shut down. Solar and Lunar took the complete lead, these hired all types of people who are not BB. Kayden then seemed to remember something, as he then apologetically scratched his silver hair. Oh, pardon me. I didn't tell you what BB means right? Well, BB is Black-Blood in short form. Kayden made a cute face, sticking out his tongue in a silly way as he said that. Well, now when that's clear. Solar and Lunar are kind of like a cult you can say, as they usually targeted children. Hiring small children and then schooling them, what the whole system is, I will describe in the following way. Children Adult Old people BB victims Children:- With children, they first take them in. And kind of send them to a hostel under them, where the kids are taught about BB, how to protect themselves, the studies and education. And necessary P.E, this made sure that all of them are in perfect form, and none are unfit. Believe me or not, but we have advanced on medication and many technologies. Far ahead of Utopia, so no special children, remain special, if you know what I mean. After they grow up, the teachers themselves see what jobs they are fit for, and send them there accordingly. Of Course that's also under them. It's necessary for everyone to have a job, if you are totally zero in academics, but are good in art or writing. Then also many jobs available for you, so yeah. Work in every case, no exceptions. Adult:- If you are an adult, they will still run you through the basics and also exams. Oh and before I forget, even when you are given a particular job, they teach you everything so if there is any shortage or if you need to take over any shift you can. [As Kayden was about to continue, there was a knock on his door. It sounded aggressive. Kayden was quick to stand and hide the camera, as the camera closed. The only audio came, was muffled.] “Mr. Black, please open your door. It's time for your daily room cleaning.”
