After sitting ideally for a while, Leo got on his feet and thought to wander around the company. Even after a long time he was still not granted any job and the female artist, who he was deemed to work with was nowhere to be seen.

He roamed around the building, which was bustling with workers. Everyone was rushing here and there.

“Woah! What a hectic place,” he mused.

And then he began to check around beautiful girls rating them with their looks. “5 out of 10!” “

Hmm! 7 out of 10”

Suddenly he collided with someone. “I am sorry!” He bowed before taking a glance at the person.

Zaiden turned his head away, taking a step back from him. Tucking his left hand in his pocket, he spared no other glance to Leo. Kai, who was behind him, took a step ahead.

“I was just looking for you, Leo. Emma will be here in an hour. You need to wait for her,” Kai instructed.

Leo scratched the corner of his forehead, nodding. He was trying to figure out who Kai was talking about but was not able to ask. He feared getting kicked out on the first day. So, he was just hoping Kai wouldn’t ask him about the person he was going to be guarding.

As they walked away, Burno nimbly whispered, “don’t go asking silly questions. Whatever you don’t know about this company just google it. After all, this is an entertainment company. Any information can be found if you google it.”

Leo placed his hand on his shoulder. “Thanks, Man.” 

Zaiden came to halt and turned his head. His eyes burned with anger seeing Leo’s hand on Burno’s shoulder. Kai got the vibe of his anger and assumed that it was because Burno didn’t follow them. 

So he hastily called out, “Burno…”

Burno quickly marched to their side. Zaiden glared at Leo, before strolling away. 

Titling his head, Leo mused to himself, “what is with that guy?”

“Whatever it is, let's not worry about it. I better do the research about the person I am working for. Or else Mr. Kai will probably not think twice before kicking me out.”

He marched back to the waiting room. Then fetching his phone, he dropped on the couch. He then clicked on Google to do the basic research. To his astonishment, Zaiden West was on the top of the trending list.

“What?” He moved his phone close to his face and drew it back before mumbling, “Why have I never paid attention to this trending list?”

Misremembering the person, who he was required to do research, he clicked on Zaiden West. In a second his screen got overflowed with Zaiden’s hot news, articles, and pictures. 

“Damn, I indeed took him for granted.”

Going against his will, he clicked on his picture taken at the pool. Zaiden’s nude upper body above the water was looking hot and sexy. The torso was covered with droplets of water and he had a killer look, hot enough to melt any girl and make his enthusiast.

Leo gulped hard staring at the picture, unaware that not just girls even he was becoming his enthusiast. He thought of doing some more research. So, he commenced digging into his information.

“Wait! What?” Leo scrolled back getting an alert of detecting something familiar. He took another glance at Alma Mater. 

“Evergreen High School? We read in the same high school? Then how the hell do I not know him?”

Speedily, he started to check for his old pictures. After scrolling for a while eventually he was able to find one.

“Bloody hell! He… he is Zany from high school?” He got on his feet in total shock. “I need to find him.”

He roamed across the entire building top to bottom but was not able to find him. 

“Where did he go?”

Pondering intensely, he sauntered into the washroom. After he was done using the chamber, he washed his hand and made his way out. But at the door, he crashed into someone.

“I am sorry…” he bowed before gazing into the person’s face.

Seeing it was the same person, who he was looking for, his heart was at ease. But before he could say anything, Zaiden walked past him and entered the washroom. He didn’t spare any single glance.

Leo followed him behind. “Hey! Why are you ignoring me? We are old-school buddies.”

Zaiden came to halt and nonchalantly turned to him. He then passed a cold glare.

Leo hastily said, “okay, fine, fine, I was your bully. I am really sorry for whatever I had done to you in the past. But it is long gone. Can’t we let the bygones be gone?”

Zaiden didn’t reply, instead, he turned away, and started to walk again. Leo didn’t give up and kept on following him.

“Are you not going to forgive me? I told you I am sorry,” he blurted but Zaiden entered the last chamber becoming deaf to his words.

“Zany, I am sorry. Come on, mate. We can still be good…”

Abruptly, the door opened and Zaiden stepped out. Unexpectedly, he gripped Leo’s arms, pinned him on the wall. Then pressing his right hand against the wall beside his head, he gazed deep into his eyes. His face was so close to Leo, that his warm breath with the scent of mint drifted into Leo’s nose.

Leo gulped hard. “What… what are you doing?”  

 “Do you think I am still that silly person you met in high school? Who you can bully easily?” He raised his brows.

“I… I..” Leo stammered, being speechless.

He had never got of words and was always good with words. But in front of the new version of Zaiden, he lost all his power. Even his heart was not cooperating and racing like a horse in a race.

In a deep voice, Zaiden warned, “Don’t you dare to call me with that name again.”

“O- okay…” he stammered, nodding more than twice.

“And maintain distance with me. Like in the past you cannot bully me. Or else you might end up being my victim and me, your bully.”

Leo nodded. “I... I will never dare to bully you.”

“Great…” He took a step back. “If you are done you can leave.”

Leo hurriedly rushed out of the washroom. He didn’t dare to turn back again. He seemed like he was running for his life. His heart was still beating out loud and sweat was dripping down his forehead. As he got out and was catching his breath Burno approached him.

“Are you alright?” he questioned out of concern.

Leo nodded.

“Are you sure? Why are you sweating?” he queried again.

“Nothing… I was just…” he stammered.

“Here!” Burno handed him his handkerchief.

But as he extended his hand to reach out for it, Zaiden appeared at the door. Seeing him gazing coldly, he drew back his hand and hastily ran away. He had no idea what he was running for.

Was it because of the past in which he had bullied Zaiden to the point that Zaiden nearly ended up quitting school? If it was not for Oscar, who made Leo aware of Zaiden’s condition then he would have not stopped bullying him. Or was it because he was anxious that Zaiden would take all the revenge for the things he had done in his past. 

Whatever it was, one thing was sure, the table had turned. There was a time when Zaiden was terrified to face Leo. But now Zaiden was fearless. He could talk with him looking straight into his eyes. In every aspect Zaiden was powerful and Leo was a feeble person.

 “Why am I running?” Suddenly he came to halt and thought to himself. “I am Leo, the powerful Leo. There is nothing to be scared of. Don’t forget Zidan is the same person who used to tremble with one snap of a finger. So, what is there to run?”

He took a deep breath, cleared his throat, and tried to act brave. Then nonchalantly he turned around. But the second he saw him coming towards him, with his cold eyes fixed on him, he lost it all. Once again his heart leaped and made him turn away, gulping hard.

"He is coming, he is coming. What am I supposed to do now?" He got panicked.
