“Do we have to watch it?” I asked, using my nicest tone of voice. I hoped for Ashley to experience a sudden change of heart and burn the DVD, so it would never see the light of day again. Then she would go around and burn every other copy that existed to prevent anyone else from witnessing it.
A girl can dream...
“Yes! Of course, we do! It’ll be great to see how awesome we all are!” Ashley chuckled. “Oh, come on! I know you hate watching yourself, but it’ll be a laugh. And it's our last one all together. Surely, that had to mean something.”
“Fine, whatever.” I rolled my eyes and shook my head. There was no way I was winning this battle. “Put it on then.”
Ashley squealed in delight and placed the DVD on the player, and we all waited for it to load. I sat back on the sofa next to Hunter
