Then Amelia had shown up and it was like we had found our missing piece. The way she gave in to me, teased me. Tested me until my palm itched with the need to take her over my knee until she was begging for me to f**k her.
How she gave Louis something that he needed, a normalcy that even I hadn’t known he needed. A friend, then it slowly bloomed into more.
My heart warmed at the thought of the two of them together. I loved that I was there to watch them fall in love with each other. With Louis, it had been hard and fast. There were plenty of times that I’d had to take control of him. Bind him to our bed until he was too worn out to go and claim her. So he could fight his dragon and the need the beast had to hunt her and claim her.
