Unconditional Love

Lara opened her eyes halfway when she felt warmness at her feet. The sun was beaming through the blinds. Lara looked at the time on the clock. It's already 10 a.m. Daniel must be headed out already. Lara began to sit up. She's still not recovered from her jet-lagged.

Crawling out of the warm bed, Lara walked outside. She headed to the kitchen and saw a tray of food under a cover. There's a yellow memo on it.

'Enjoy your breakfast Love'

A tender smile formed on her lips. She saw tower of pancakes and an english breakfast with sausage and egg. Since her stayed, Daniel always prepare breakfast for her before headed out to the training camp.

After breakfast, Lara looked at her phone. She searched for fun activities to do while she's in London. Her options varied from visiting Buckingham Palace, to Madame Tussauds.

She found an open-top London tour where she can explore the city on a double decker bus.

She gets ready before she headed out.

Finally Daniel had one day leave from his training. They had a fun all day long. Daniel brought Lara to many places.

That night, they ended up browsing through the Netflix to pick a movie. They sat back against the headboard with Daniel's arm around Lara's shoulder and her head on his chest.

"When is your flight tomorrow?" Daniel asked while his eyes still fixed at the movie.

"At 1 p.m. I can just go by myself. Don't have to see me at the airport" Lara can't believe it's already a week she's in London. Tomorrow she will head back to Avalon.

"I'm happy to have you here, Lara. This house will feel empty without you here" Daniel kissed Lara's forehead. Lara moved to face Daniel. She rested her chin on Daniel's chest. Lara leaned her head up and kissed Daniel's jaw.

Daniel smiled with that kiss. He pulled Lara to sit on his abs. Lara took his face between her hands and pressed her lips against Daniel's.

Daniel opened his mouth and kissed Lara back.

'His lips are different with Carl. s**t. How can I think about Carl when I'm with Daniel?'

Lara snapped herself with a more intense kiss. Daniel can feel there's something bothering Lara from the way she forced her kisses.

Daniel gently held Lara face. He looked at tears down falling her cheek.

"Hey hey... What's wrong?" Daniel sat up while Lara still on his lap. He wiped the tears with his thumb.

Lara shakes her head, avoiding Daniel's eyes. She felt guilty for thinking about other man when she's with Daniel.

Daniel hugged Lara , allowed her to cry on his shoulder. He's not sure what is all about but he don't want to force Lara to talk. He patted Lara's back.

"Will you hate me in the future?" Lara suddenly asked Daniel. She lifted her head off Daniel's shoulder and looked into Daniel's eyes.

"Why do you asked?"

"Nothing. I just... I don't know how to live if you turned your back from me" said Lara. She wiped her tears away.

"Just forget what I said. Maybe it's because I'll leave you tomorrow" Lara moved away from Daniel and she lied on bed, pulled comforter over her body. She facing away from Daniel.

Daniel looked at Lara's back. Something must be going around her mind. He hugged Lara's from behind.

"I'll never hate you Lara. Even you pushed me away, I'll still love you" Daniel tried to sooth Lara.
