-Lucas' POV- I finally did it. Lee is now my girlfriend. I can't believe it - I'm literally doing an internal happy dance right now. After asking Lee to be my girlfriend, we decided to kiss and hug for a while, before she had to go home. She took all the presents I bought her with her, saying how she's really happy I care about her that way. Miles and Adam are coming over soon, so we can play video games, as well as help Miles get the 'girl of his dreams' to even look his way. It's a very complicated story. I went downstairs to get snacks for the guys when I saw my mom standing there, grinning. "I never knew you had a crush on Riley." She said, still grinning. "W-What do you mean?" I stuttered. "I wasn't so sure at first, but I finally connected all the dots together. You don't need help with History, but you called Riley for help anyway. And let's not forget all the gifts you bought." My mom explained. "Fine, you got me. Yes, I have a crush on Riley." I said, in a low tone. "Aww. Young love. It's so cute." My mom cooed. "Just so you know, Ma, she's my girlfriend now." I told her. My mom's eyebrows shot up when I told her that piece of information. "Oh, congratulations dear. By the way, I prepared snacks for you and the boys. It's in the kitchen. And, son? Treat Riley right." My mom told me. I nodded. I don't ever want to see Lee upset. It'll crush me. ** About fifteen minutes later, Miles and Adam arrive. We decided to play some video games and talk about stuff, until Miles mentioned Lee. "So, how did it go with you and Riley?" He asked. "She's my girlfriend now. Thanks for the advice, guys. I was so lost." I admitted. "Aw, don't get cheesy with us, now. To be honest, I'm still surprised you got the bravery to confess to her in the first place. I thought you were a lost cause, in all honesty." Miles admitted. "I'd have to go with Miles." Adam added. I looked at both of them, before averting my eyes back to the TV screen. If I've learnt anything from the two of them, it's that you should never look away from the screen while playing Call of Duty. Too many players who want to sneak up on you, as they like to say. "Well, I still did it, didn't I?" "Yep. And I salute you for that." Miles said. "So, Miles. How's Amelia?" Adam asked Miles. Amelia is the girl Miles likes. He's liked her for a while know, but she doesn't even want to look his way, since last time they were together, Miles accidentally poured water on her, causing her red bra to come into view. I know, a horrible situation for any guy. Or person, in fact. "Shut up, Adam." Miles said, throwing a punch at him. I chuckled at them. "Adam, let's not forget Georgia." I teased. Georgia is Adam's lab partner, and the girl he likes. Obviously, Adam has more chance with her than Miles has with Amelia - but it's still fun to tease him. "Yeah, Adam." Miles said, probably relieved the topic of conversation diverted from him. Believe it or not, the next ten minutes it was just Adam talking about Georgia. He's usually the quiet one, yet he's talked more than me or Miles the whole time we were here. He is so whipped and he doesn't even realize it. ** After three hours of playing the guys, Adam decided to go home. And shortly after, Miles decided to go too. That left me in my room, scrolling through my phone while I looked through pictures of me and Lee. There were several pictures on there. I smiled, looking at all the memories. To think that she's now my girlfriend - it a really crazy thought but also a nice one since, you know, I really like her. I sighed before running a hand through my blonde hair. I decided to play some video games, to pass the time. Dang, how things have changed. ** I must've been playing for about two hours, when I got a text from Miles. Twenty Miles Per Hour: Guess who's got a date this Saturday. Finally asked Amelia out - WOOOOHOOOO I rolled my eyes after reading Miles' text. If I was Amelia, I would run. Miles is my friend and all, but he's kind of weird. Exhibit A - the text. I decided to switch off my phone after I read the text. I carried on playing Call of Duty, until an idea popped into my head, for how I'm going to spend the rest of my day. I decided to look on the Internet for ideas until I finally had an idea. I organised everything, before contacting Riley. Now I gotta set everything up before she arrives.
