A teen girl named Emma has been through a lot in her short life. From struggles with self-esteem to family challenges, she’s faced more than most her age. Despite all the hurdles, Emma is determined to become a better version of herself. She’s learned to rise above her insecurities, slowly embracing who she truly is, flaws and all. Every day, she works on finding peace with herself—whether it's through journaling her thoughts, talking with friends who support her, or setting small goals to improve her mental and physical well-being. Though the journey is tough, Emma is learning that growth comes with patience and perseverance. She’s no longer defined by her past struggles but is driven by the hope that she can create a future where she’s strong, confident, and proud of who she’s becoming.

"Fragments of light "
At the age of ten to 15, Her world felt like a jumble of colours and shapes that didn't quite make sense-A canvas smeared with confusion and frustration. She Sat on the edge of her bed, staring blankly at her half finished painting. Emma had always been the quite one,who blend into the background at school. She is a inside that girl ,that has high hopes and big dreams for her self ,with not knowing how to achieve them because of all the confusion, frustration and focusing on the past that crushed her.Emma felt like a ghost drifting through the remnants of her own , she was engulfed in a fog of emotions she couldn't articulate sadness, anger, and a pervasive sense of worthlessness. At school Emma carried an impenetrable shield , one that deflects questions about her well-being. Friends would ask, "Are you ok?" but those words felt too heavy, laden with expectations. Instead she mastered the art of nodding and offering half -hearted smiles. Beneath it all , she felt like a broken puzzle piece struggling to find its place. For her therapy Emma bought a journal with the mindset that it will be a place where she could explore her thoughts, daydreams and feelings without people judging her. For the past 2 weeks of journaling and getting comfortable in her own space, she learned that it was okay to grieve for her old life. She started to put words into chaos swirling inside her and eventually sought ways to channel her emotions into Journaling
