Celina's POV
I haven't reached out to Emma nor have I decided to head back to school. It's been a month and I haven't made any attempt to do much of anything. I've barely eaten and I dropped nearly twenty pounds. All I find myself doing is thinking about him.
Today is the day everything changes.
I'm done wallowing in my own misery, it's time I get my old life back, at least the best I can. Emma's the only person I ever truly needed and I know she can help me, I trust her with my life. I just needed a while to myself.
So I picked up the phone and pressed her contact, clicking on the phone icon reluctantly and pressing the speaker button listening to the rings.
They stopped after the third round and a timer appeared under her name, except harsh breaths were all I received.
