While days went by, well, at least I thought they had. It was difficult to say as all I had to go off of was my own perception of time. Racheal was no longer speaking to me, she thought I was some sort of spy. I could only assume this had happened to her before. I didn’t know what to say for her to believe me. I considered shifting, but the cell was so small it wouldn’t do me much good. My body would touch the cell and would burn off instantly.
