Armand: Hello Kathryna…

She was surprise; she didn’t expect to see him there. That Mr. John Alcaraz’s son was her ex-boyfriend. He was her prince, the prince in her dreams. It’s been a long time since she saw him. It’s been, what ? 11 years? He did change, but the same smile is there. The reason why she fell in love with the guy, but his eyes shows annoyance and discomfort. What happen during those 11 years? She wondered. Mr. Alcaraz voice brought her back to the present.

Mr. Alcaraz: So, how’s the preparation going?

Kam: Preparation for the merging of the company it’s already…

Mr. Alcaraz: No Kam, I’m talking about your wedding. Don’t tell me you forgot about that? I don’t have to worry about that after your wedding everything will be fixed. I told Armand to let me handle it. I can find a wedding planner, but he insisted that you two will have to decide. Besides it’s your wedding not mine.

Kam: I'm sorry who's wedding?

Armand: Kathryna and I have talked about it over the phone last night. Everything is fine.

Kam: What are you..?

Armand: Honey, we talked on the phone, remember? Oh c’mon. Hey dad can we both talk, alone? You know being apart from each other for quite sometime is so hard for us. Maybe she's just surprised that I'm here now.

Armand gave her a devilish smile. Which made her all the more confused. What is he talking about? We split up 11 years ago. Kam thought.

Armand: Don't worry dad our wedding is just right around the corner. I’ll inform you as soon as I can. Infact we have a meeting with the gown designer this afternoon. Kam is quite surprise to see me today. Looking at her reaction right now. I guess my plan worked.

He then smiled at her again just before she heard Mr. Alcaraz saying something.

Mr. Alcaraz: Well then I’ll leave you both. I have a check up today. I just dropped by to see you Kam. My future daughter-in-law, I have knew it even before that someday you’ll be part of my family.

Then the old man left them. The room was quiet. She is quite taken aback by what Armand is telling Mr. Alcaraz. Who would not be, she will be married and she didn't t even have know about it. It was just a week ago that her father turn over their business. Now she met the new president of the company of her godfather. It was just a week ago that she knew about the merging of her godfather's company. Is this the reason? Her marriage to Armand..? What is going on?
