Giovanni POV

Me and Junior sat on my private plane to New York, When I got that call last night I was not expecting any of it, I had given up on looking for my twins I always presumed they were dead, To hear they were alive, but hurt and in the hospital shocked the hell out of me, they wouldn't tell me the details on the phone which pissed me off,

I left Niko in charge while me and Junior travel to the states,

I take a sip of scotch as I look out the window, the sun was just starting to rise,

"Sun rise already damn." Junior says bringing me out of my thoughts,

I nodded

After finally landing we didn't waste no time, We arrived at Metro hospital, Everyone looking at us fear filling their eyes,

It's no surprise, our name sends shivers down even the most savage person's spine,

We approach the reception,

"Alexander and Alexis Taconie." I say in a gruff voice,

The receptionist types on the computer her eyebrows scrunching,

"Alexis just got out of surgery, She's in the ICU Alex is with her." The Receptionist

"What floor?" I ask with a growl,

"floor eight." She says

With both nod,

storming to the Elevator

"Have Niko look into the god damn bastards who had them in their care." I say

"Already texted him." Junior says

I hit the button angrily

We both stand with our arms crossed, listening to the annoying elevator music,

The door finally opens Every nurse and doctor stop in their tracks, I am grateful that my callousness and reputation traveled to even this far around the globe,

"Where are they?" I asked

Almost every doctor and Nurse either nodded or pointed at the room,

We both enter the room seeing a Nurse, checking the machine and IV in Alexis's arm, She had numerous cuts and bruising, She had bandaging wrapped around her head, and another one that went under her jaw and around her head, her skin was very pale,

She had dark hair like like me,

There was Alex who had his forehead pressed against the mattress, his hand holding hers tightly,

The nurse looks our way,

"He hasn't left her side," She says

"Not since she was out of surgery," She says,

We look at him again,

He was asleep,

"I'll leave you be," She says with a smile,

The nurse leaves shutting the door quietly, The steady rhyme of the heart monitor was the only sound in the room,

Junior walks over to the foot of the bed picking up her chart scanning through it,

His eyebrows scrunch,

"Father," He says

I look over at him he hands me the chart,

A cracked open skull, eight broken ribs, a broken jaw, a fractured cheek bone, a broken arm,

"What the f**k!" I yelled

Alex POV

I jumped to my feet spinning around to see two very large men, One had dark skin and hair, and eyes he had some stubble, and a ear ring,

The other man looked younger with dark skin dark hair and eyes he had some stubble,

I glared at both men,

"Who the hell are you." I say glaring at both of the men,

I don't care who they are I'm not about to let these men near my sister, sure I did get banged up but not as badly as Alexis was she was thrown from the car for gods sake,

I never have been more scared my entire life, I thought I was going to lose her, But the doctors assured me that they saved her,

But they won't tell me the whispers they have been telling, each other It all happened after blood testing from Alexis just in case she needed a transfusion then they took my blood once they got the results back they all started whispering and they were all on edge,

Both of these men seemed shocked

I glared

"Who the hell are you?" I asked again

I was getting irritated sure me and Alexis have been human punching bags for our parents, but when it comes to my twin, I would rather die than let anything like this happen again.
