I shuddered. And I hated that he was right. But stupid me—my body was snuffing out my common sense, and I didn’t fully process his f*****g words. Not that he gave me a chance. His finger moved in deeper, sliding into me. My breath hitched, body trembling against the cool tile as Hunter’s finger slipped in and out, slow and torturous, dragging out my torment with wicked intent. His touch was infuriating—deliberate, teasing, pushing me right to the edge before pulling back, keeping me dangling in this unbearable limbo. Every lazy circle or push of his fingers sent another shudder through me, my body reacting against my will, betraying me in the worst way possible. Elise, for f**k sakes! A voice shouted at the back of my mind, but the pleasure I felt dimmed it out. No—flat out killed it.
