Music and Love

Mia, a girl that always dreamt of becoming a music star like the popular ones she sees on TV. She writes alot of Music lyrics but had no opportunity to sing she only sings with her friends that encourages her especially Jane. Jane also aspired becoming a music star and so they both sing together and go to concert when a favorite star performs. As great as Mai dreams were her mother only wanted her to become a medical doctor, the mother is the only one that gets money for her and her younger ones to feed and school while the father just go around drinking strong liquors neglecting his family. Mai as usual followed Jane to a concert while returning from school, The performer was a young handsome musician that everyone called Ray's, his music and style of dancing with his crew captivated Mai's heart and she got carried away, she kept staring at Rays as he moves on the stage, but they had to go before their respective mothers start to get worried. When Mai got home she saw her parents arguing over something, she stood afar as tears rolled down her gentle eyes. Her mother saw her and felt bad turned away from the father and walked inside. Mai walked to the house and went straight to her room. While she was crying her younger sister came in and told her not to cry, 'they had a little misunderstanding, so you don't have to cry' Mai forced a smile and told the small girl 'for how long will they have to argue? 'Till money stops being the problem in the house' Thai replied. She walked out and Mai thought about the word. The next day was a joyful one for Mai because she and Jane has a concert to watch and the performer was Rays. She ran down to school and was eager for the school to be over. As soon as they finished for that day in school, they ran to the show as they were running late. They got to the show sat down to feel the music and something mysterious happened. As Ray was performing, the police men came in, and pointed guns at Rays. Everyone was shocked and Ray asked the officer holding the warrant, 'what have I done? The officer told him that hard drugs were found in the bag he brought to the concert and he planned traveling after the show so probably he planned on selling those drugs. Ray was surprised and short of words. The police arrested him and dragged him to their vehicle. Jane and Mai immediately ran away from the place but Mai somewhere down in her knows that Ray could not do such a thing. 'What makes you think he can't do it? Jane asked, but Mai has no reason to believe that Ray was framed. After long argument Jane later agreed that probably he was framed but nothing could be done because the one behind the mask won't leave any trace of evidence. Ray was thrown into the cell. His uncle came to meet him at the cell bailed him out and told him to leave the community. ' but uncle what of my music career? What will happen to it? ' Ray said angrily. ' do you know why you were framed, it is because of your career, you now make those leading before, become musician that begs for face in the community. Thank God, the person behind it didn't plan to kill you but just to send you away for a while. But if you go back there, just Know you are calling death directly' his uncle said convincing him. He promised to give Ray his support to go and start his music career else where, but have to stay Unknown till the culprit is found. So while he is singing his songs somewhere else, investigation will be going on. Ray felt bad and angry he agreed to do as his uncle said, but also find the person that is letting him start again from the beginning. He travelled to the a rural area and stayed in an abandoned apartment. But that was the same area as Jane and Mai. Ray entered the house and saw alot of cobwebs he kept going until he saw a snake. He killed the snake after many efforts. He arranged his loads and tidy up the place, got dressed with his face covered and went out to get something to eat. He got to a cafeteria got food to eat. While eating he had people saying things about Ray he felt to talk but before ha altered a word, a girl stood up in his defence, she told the people not to say negative things about Ray because she believes he can't do such a thing. ' did he pay you to defend him in the public? But another girl stood up this time. ' My friend here finds it hard to believe things, but she believing in Ray, I believe too. Ray was surprised as to who those girls were. ' Even my girlfriend thinks I did it, why do they so much believe in me?. The following day at Ray new apartment, as he woke up, he saw a guy bringing an object close to him, 'are they after my life, have my identity been known? He kept wondering, as he stood up to defend himself, he heard ' Good morning Raymond' ' Is that you Jacob? Jacob replied positively. He handed the coffee to Ray. ' Were you on hangover? Ray didn't reply but asked him how he knew his whereabout. Jacob asked Ray uncle and based on their relationship, the uncle told him. Jacob assured Ray that he would be doing the errands for Ray since he can't go out. On a sunny afternoon as Mai and Jane were returning from school, they were crossed by some guys that were armed. ' You say he didn't carry drugs, then why did he run away from the cell and didn't wait to be judge. They said to Mai. Jane tried telling them that he didn't run away but was slapped on the face by one of those guys. And as that time, Jacob was passing. He tried to intervene and settle the matter, but was recognized by another thug ' he also left the band after Ray escaped from the prison. He must be working with Ray and possibly know his whereabout. Jacob was harmed with a Cutlass but he managed to run away. The guys gave him a hot pursuit, but Mai quickly ran off to call a guy in their school that always wanted to date her. He was a thug so has his own bully friends, they followed in the pursue. But before catching up, Jacob was caught and beaten. He was almost dead when the guys arrived. The fight became roughed but admist it Mai and Jane rushed Jacob to the hospital, but on their way, he fell unconscious. The fight injured many from the two groups but Mai friend luckily drove the other ones away. The other ones got to their base injured badly and reported to their boss that there was no information about Ray whereabout. The news went viral but no one was captured by the police everyone ran away after the fight. Ray was still preparing a surprise lunch for Jacob when he saw the news on his phone. He called his phone but Jane picks up. She told him the hospital address and Ray ran down. Jane told Mai she had to leave because of her mother, but Mai decided to wait till Jacob friend got to the hospital.
