Upon arriving at the Sy family’s vacation house in Tagaytay, Drevin led Naime to the private cottage where she would be staying. He kept his comments light-hearted and avoided making jokes about the cottage’s amenities.
The cottage was indeed impressive, equipped with everything she could need: from modern devices and beachwear to Wi-Fi and a well-stocked bathroom. It felt like a slice of paradise. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view of Taal Volcano visible from the outdoor area.
“So, is this a good place for you?” Drevin asked with a smile.
“It’s even better than I imagined. Thank you so much, Sir!” Naime responded, her eyes shining with gratitude.
