When they were once again in the family room, Lydia said, “Eric, what did you do with those printouts we looked at last night?”
“They’re on my desk.”
“Would you bring both copies of them in here while I set my recorder to playback? If you have two more copies, that would be wonderful. I’d like all of us to be looking at those pages when I play this recording back.”
“Give me a minute.” Eric left the room. He returned a couple of minutes later and handed the two Accopress binders to Lydia. “I just sent the document to the LaserJet, and we’ll have two more complete copies shortly.” He left the room again.
“Can I get you folks something to drink while we’re waiting?” Carlton said.
“It’s a little too early for wine,” Lydia said, “but tea would be good.”
