Nexus had always been there for me but I didn't know how else I could do the same for him at that moment and my only offer was to kill her because if he went back, she would continue.
And so it happened that he went back after she apologized for having a bad day and overreacting during their argument.
He continued with her and as the abuse continued, I began to talk him to leave. I talked him into leaving stating how she would ruin him and she manipulated him into staying talking about all the good times they had, how she had made him happy and how he can't just throw away everything they had because of her behavior. It continued till I watched him become withdrawn, sad, unfocused, and f*****g miserable.
