Recipe: Nolan’s Super Duper Chocolate Cookies
½ cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
4 oz chocolate
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
Melt chocolate and shortening. Add sugar, vanilla; mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Chill dough for several hours. Form into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy.
