Jack I instantly regretted the moment I leaned in to kiss Lola. I wasn't sure she was going to reciprocate, but I definitely wasn't expecting her to run like that. I chased her, trying to get her to stop so I could apologise for going over the line with her, but she just kept running. I saw her enter the girls' bathroom and figured she just needed a few minutes away from me to gather her thoughts. So I stood outside pacing the hall waiting for her to emerge.
