"Dylan, can you visit your grandparents in Cagayan? They miss you son." Mommy said to me again. Since Daddy died, I haven't seen them. I don't go back to the province like we used to do when I was a kid—we went on vacation whenever school was out.
"Just so you know how they are. Especially your grandmother, that you are always the one she looks for. Even if you just call them Dylan—they're now weak and they want to see you before they leave this world." My heart seemed to be pinched by Mommy's words.
