Finally, the date was set for Family Court and an end in sight for this business that had the Wilson-Bennett family distracted. Rosie and Bryce promised to be there for moral support.
During their earlier visit, Cody had taken Rosie aside for a discussion. He made it clear that she was Mom and he was going to call her that. He also pointed out that, since Maria and Timmy were his sister and brother, they would call her Mom, as well. He had a similar discussion with Bryce, letting him know that he would be known by all three children as Uncle Bryce from then on. Both adults accepted his logic.
