Russell sighed as he pulled into the parking lot of the clinic. Today was the start of his series of chemo treatments. That brought to mind cancer and everything that happened in his life since the diagnosis, the two biggest being Peter and Cody. Then there was his father back in his life. He’d never really had a chance to process his feelings about the diagnosis. Everything went so fast, his life seemed to be a blur. He was ready to proceed with Mrs. Grady’s case in court, but the first two dates they requested were put off by the insurance company. If necessary, they would petition the court to set a firm date.
