Emily's pov; . it all started on November 4th 2034,on that day I came back from work and decided to go for a stroll at the park,as I walked i noticed that som eone was stalking me,i increased my pace, to avoid the stalker I went towards the fountain but it was deserted,as i was about to turn i heard a growl behind me,I turned immediately andi was met face to face whit a werewolf,but there are no such things as werewolves, I was confused and shocked cause it's supposed to be some kind of myth,as i was still recovering from the shock the werewolf launched at me,i swiftly avoided it and I ran ,the park grounds are steep,so I fell and sprained my ankle, before I could get up,the beast was already hovering above me,adrenaline surged through my veins,as I looked for away to get away from the beast ,I became lightheaded as a blue light enveloped me,on seeing the light the beast ran away ,a white light flashed and someone approached,the only words I could muster was help before I finally lost consciousness. . As I opened my eyes I was partially blinded by a bright light after some seconds I could now see ,I was not in my room . how did I get here ?, images from last night flooded my head,since I fainted in the park what am i doing here and where am I?. I then noticed that there are other people in the room, a girl approached me and introduced herself as amber,then the others introduced herself to me , they're five,two girls amber and Annette and three boys colt, Alex, Zach . amber offered me a cup of coffee which I accepted, after drinking coffee, I turned to amber and asked her where I was,amber the told me that i was i Washington,i was shocked and asked her how i got there,she then told me that colt was on a stroll in the park when he noticed a burst of spiritual energy,and he then found you, I know this will come as a shocker but you are a vampire.seriously amber your joking right,cause there are no such things as vampires . Emily listen vampires are real , your a vampire and am one to,you have to believe me.hahaha Emily laughed your playing a prank on me cause if i am really a vampire how come i can walk under the sun.emily they are no such things as vampires not being able to walk under the sun,looking at you one can easily know that you are drosh.colt what's a drosh.emily a drosh is the highest ranking vampires in other words you are a vampire princess, Emily when humans we created,the great beings forced the others to go into hiding,this did not go down well with the others so they waged war against the humans,after a few months the humans surrendered after some declarations a treati was drawn,the humans would allow the others free passage to their land as long as the others wouldn't harm them after the treaties was signed the others took some of their women as mates due to this we have mixed and non mixed,all of us here are mixed except you and you'd are the days of ur type,emily looked at colt and thx asked,colt are u trying to say that my mom and dad are vampires?emily ,yes your mom and dad are vampires.but why didn't they tell you about it, especially now that you're about to crene. so Zack what do you actually mean by crene .okay I when I mean crene I actually mean that ay a particular time when a vampire turns 18 she exclusive some changes like her fangs elongate, her complexion turns pailer, her hearing become sharper, during those time you might feel nauseous, lightheaded , seriously like I don't understand you I'm going to be 18 in 2 weeks and you're now telling me that I'll fall sick during those two weeks ,no Emily it's usually different from most vampires like during mine I didn't fall sick, we are going to help you build your stamina because on that day there will be a general fitness test foul clan and will introduce you as vampire princess so please Emily feel relaxed we are here for you . during the week I came to know them better colt was charming amber for sassy and Annette was kind of reserved as for Zack he's an all-rounder then we have alex a very cute guy actually but anyway for the first time in months I felt loved cared for cuz since my parents died I've been in the Forster system I never really found a home that I actually vibed with I always felt unwanted ,the following week we commenced training ,colt was actually very strict he was such a handsome trainer I actually felt my very weak body strengthen up I could hear voices two blocks away I could see you very much clearly at night , as my 18th birthday drew nearer I grew kind of nervous I didn't know what to expect being introduced to a group of vampires as their princess but the gang told me not to fear cuz the vampires are really nice and cool so my 18th birthday finally came,colt threw a Surprise birthday for me I was really touched cuz no one has ever celebrated my birthday for me since the death of My Father and mother ,I was just a kid when it happened I was told that they died from a car crash ,anyway that's more than 12 years ago after the bash, we all got ready then at midnight who went to the park which was the general meeting place for vampires so everyone was shocked when they saw me I agree that I was beautiful but the stars was really what I didn't expect so the damon of the clan introduced everybody then I was called upon to make a speech to the clan , hello I'm Emily I'm from California and I actually don't know much about being a vampire and I hope that you guys will guide me and help me to make my stay in this clan memorable I received a standing ovation from the clan .the damon of the clan smiled at me and told me that I was accepted in the clan as one of thier own,as the night wore on I met a guy called sam he, was a very nice guy and he also was the son of the propetor of vamp high
