It Started With A Game

Natasha was awakened by the alarm clock. She immediately stood up and went to the comfort room. It’s her job interview in a famous architecture company. She's a fresh graduate of Architecture. She needed to be in a hurry so that she'll arrive there on time. After preparing for herself, she went downstairs and goes to the dining area. As she's making her way in the dining area, she saw her parents together with her older brother eating breakfast. "Good morning sweetie. Come on join us." her mother greeted. "Good morning princess." her father greeted. "Good morning baby." her brother greeted her. "Good morning too, everyone." she greeted back with a smile and kiss them. "So, today is your job interview?" her father asks. "Yes dad." she answered while sitting on her spot beside her brother. "Why don't just work in our company? You'll be given a high position there." her father insisted. "Dad, you know I don't like special treatments. It would be unfair to other employees. I wanted to experience working that started from the bottom." she answered. Well, Natasha is an independent woman and her parents are proud of that. Her parents supported her every decisions but they still gives advises and guiding when things get worst and she can't handle it. Her brother on the other hand, even though he is supported to her little sister, he is also overprotected to her. Every time there's someone who will make a move with her, he immediately blocked it. That's the reason why she wasn't able to experience being in a relationship. "Dad, let her be. You know her, she's an independent." her brother said. She looked at her brother and smiled. "Also, honey she's a grown up woman now. She knows how to decide and knows what's right or wrong." her mother also said. Her father sighed, feeling defeated and said "Okay. I'm just worried." She smiled and said "Don't be. Anyway, I know when things gets wrong, your there for me." "Alright then. Now, hurry up or you will be late in your interview." her father reminded her. That's when she remembered that she still has an interview. Her eyes widened when she saw the time. She immediately stood up and hurriedly bid goodbye to them. She even heard her brother shouted "Take care baby." "Yeah. Take care too. Love you all!" she shouted back. She hurriedly went inside the car and drive away. The interview went very well and she was already hired. She's so happy, at last she has a work now. She called to her bestfriends to tell the news and they immediately agreed to meet at the restaurant of Blair, their Chief bestfriend. Seth went inside the famous restaurant, he will be meeting his client to close some deal. He immediately found a seat which is near the floor to ceiling glass window. As he was waiting for his client, the door swung open and a beautiful lady went inside. He followed her until she reaches to one of the table where her friends settled. He doesn't know why he can't take his eyes of her, seems like there was a magnet that keeps him looking at him. Because of being focused on her, he didn't notice that his client already arrived. "Good noon Mr. Montefalco." his client greeted professionally. He stands up and greeted back the newly arrived. "Good noon Mr. Ford. Please have a seat." he said professionally. As soon as his client seated in front of him, the waiter immediately went near to get their order. Before he faced his client, he took one last glance to the lady his staring at a while ago and he didn't know that his client saw that. When he faced in front, the client smiled to him knowingly but he didn't what it means so he just nods instead. "So, shall we start discussing about the business?" he started. "Okay." Mr. Ford said. As soon as their order arrived they finally started talking about the business. Jared Seth Montefalco is a well know young business, a bachelor. His company is the famous Architecture Company. A lot of article says that his ruthless when it comes to business. Despite of being branded a ruthless bachelor, many women fantasizes over him because of being sinfully hot and handsome. His well sculptured body was like a Greek god. He was in relationship with his childhood bestfriend, but broke up with him when he decided to go to London, England to pursue his dreams. But he made a promise that he will be back and pursue her again. When he went back, he got news from one of his bestfriend that she's getting married to another man. He got angry because he will just go to London but he will be back for her and now he got that news that she will be getting married with another man? He was like, what the heck? She didn't wait for me! As they were taking time with their food, he excuses himself that he will just go to the restroom. While he taking his way to the restroom, unexpected happens, he bumped into someone and the things on her bag fell on the floor. He helps her getting up her belongings, "I'm sorry. I didn't notice you." the lady apologizes to him. As he was rising up his head, he was stunned by the lady in front of him, she was the one his staring at a while ago. He didn't expect that he will see her close up. If she's beautiful from afar, how much more now that he gets closer to her and she smell sweet. "Excuse me Mister?" she said and he snapped out on his revere that he's staring at her for too long. "Ahh. Next time, just look on your way, you might bump into someone again." he arrogantly said. Because of what the man said, she arched her brows and said "That's why I said I'm sorry." after she said that, she immediately went back to the table together with her friends while frowning. Her friends noticed it, that's why they ask her, "What happened?" Stacey asks. "What happened? I just bumped into some arrogant man while I was on my way back here. I didn't notice him because I was reaching for my phone and I said sorry to him!" she replied irritated. "Wait! Don't be angry to us we aren't your enemy here. We were just asking what happened because it looks like you’re ready to murder someone." Stella said. "You’re saying you apologize to him the why are you irritated?" Blair asks her. "Well he just said that next time to look on my way because I might bump into someone again! He just said it arrogantly! And you know how I hate arrogant people." she said. Stacey shakes her head and said "You and your short tempered attitude." She rolls her eyes and said "Whatever!" Her friend looked each other’s eyes and shook their heads.
