Dreams of Secrets

A young man is late from his work, he is running fast to catch up a bus. He carelessly bump an old lady carrying a basket of snacks. Instead of helping the old lady to pick up the snacks that was scattered in the floor Marcial ignored her because he is rushing to go in time to his work. "A hopeless man who doesn't care for others." said the old lady while on the floor. Marcial enter the bus just like nothing happened. "He doesn't have any manners." whispered by a man to his seatmate. He noticed that all of the passenger of the bus was looking at him. "Why are they looking at me like that?" asked himself while texting his boss. "Is it because I ignore that stinky old geezer?" Marcial just ignored them and he listen to music with his cellphone to feel relaxed. He arrived in his office 10 minutes earlier than his boss. He felt relieved when he saw that his boss is not yet in his room. Marcial started his 10 hours work, he finish the project given by his boss so that when his boss saw that he finished it early, Marcial will be recognized by his boss as a hard-working and dedicated man. Marcial wants to show off to his boss because he wants to get the promotion he is hoping to get. It was late in the evening when Marcial finishes his working hours. The tired looking man started to walk. He stopped in a convenient store near the building where he is working to buy some drinks. After buying, he continue his walk, on the way he met the old lady again. Marcial didn't recognized the old lady because he is busy looking at his phone. "Aren't you going to ask for forgiveness?" the old lady ask. "Who? Me? Why? Did I did something wrong?" he replied. "So you don't remember me huh?" said the old lady. Marcial passed the old lady and continue his walk. This made the old lady furious. "You need to be punished for being careless and selfish." said the old lady while looking at the man. Marcial didn't know that the old lady he just ignored is a beautiful fairy. One night, while Marcial is sleeping he has a dream, in his dream the old lady showed up and transform into a beautiful fairy. Marcial cannot believe from what he saw. He was teleported to another dimension where there are lots of mythical creatures like fairies, dwarves and many more. Marcial woke up and said that all he saw was just a dream. When Marcial open his window he saw a flying fairy, he thought that he is just mistaking. So he wipe his eyes to make the fairy disappear but when he open his eyes the fairy is still there. "Am I dreaming again?" he ask himself. "You are not dreaming Marcial all of this is real," said by the fairy. "This can't be happening," Marcial said in a scared voice. "Why am I here?" "Because I will punish you for being so careless and selfish," the fairy replied. "Why? What did I do wrong?" he asked "Remember when you bump me carelessly and didn't even help me pick up the snacks?" the fairy said to him. Marcial remember the day when he bump into the old lady because he is rushing to go to work. He realizes that the old lady and the fairy is one. "I'm sorry!" Marcial said to the fairy. But the fairy did not accept his apology because it was too late. The fairy punished Marcial by making him an ugly beggar. When Marcial saw his face in a mirror he scream and cry. "I will remove my punishment to you when you learn to value all the people around you," said the fairy and disappear. Marcial became a street man, all the people who saw him in the street laugh at him and throw stone to him.
