Prologue, "Step back!" She growled fiercely at the men who were advancing toward her. "I said step back?!" She pointed her double-edged silver sword at them as she moved back slowly while clutching her injured arm. "Face it, Aleka. It's over" the leader walked through his men and stood in front of them. "You're making a big mistake, Adias!" She spat at his face. "We're just doing our job" He shrugged unremorsefully.  "Your job?! Your job is to protect the people of this land, not to endanger them!" "Exactly, I am doing this solely for their safety" He took out his sword from his sheath. "You're doing this for selfish reasons. You want my heart so that you could rule over Afthonia!" "I always knew you were smart, Aleka. That's exactly what I want" Adias smirked devilishly and the evil glint in his eyes shone over the night. "You will never get this heart. It will never fall into the hands of someone as disgusting as you!" She shivered as the cold breeze blew the leaves of the tree she rested. "Say that to the ancestors, Leka" Adias raised his sword and pour a blue vial on it which made the sword glow a bright shade of red. "No, no…" Aleka whimpered. "Goodbye," Adias plunged the sword right into her heart without hesitation. A raw, pain-stricken scream came out of her mouth as she felt her soul drifting out of her slowly. She clutched the sword in her blood-stained hands and looked up to the sky as a single tear dropped out of her eye. "I make a promise to you that one day, my lineage will come after you and destroy you forever" she gritted harshly. He chuckled maniacally as he watched her soul being removed from her body with great satisfaction. "Now now, come to me, little heart" he grinned darkly as a bright light emitted from her chest.  He used his fingers to pluck it out of her chest and her body was left cold and dead.  He held the shining light in his hands and sneered with pure evil spewing out of him. "Time for a new ruler" He slipped the small piece of light into his chest and a dark illumination lit the night sky. The men behind him slowly retracted as the blinding lights clouded their vision. Out of nowhere, a sudden blast blew up in the sky and for a split second, the world went still. When the light vanished, the men squinted their eyes to adjust to the sudden dimness.  When they saw what was before their eyes, they gasped in fear and wonder.  A huge gash was in the ground that one would think it was crafted intentionally due to its keen precision. In the middle of the enormous hole was Adias who was filled with wounds and damages all over his body. On his chest was a bright mark of the heart he had stolen from Aleka. But what was more of wonder was that the heart was nowhere to be found. The Heart of Aleka was gone.
