Belles words broke my f.ucking heart when she said I was her only friend. She was so kind and gentle, and she hadn’t even really lived, yet she was still grateful.
I got both Dagon and Hecate, both were eager to cause some destruction. I grabbed Belle and without wasting any more time, we left my realm.
Hecate looked down at Belle in her wheelchair and flicked her hands over her legs. Belle looked up at her in surprise, and slowly she stood up. “Thank you.” Hecate nodded, “you’re welcome, but like Lucifer’s magic it only lasts twelve hours, not even my power can change your fate.”
