Fugue

"Kara." The voice was soft and warm. "Kara." The whisper continues. "Kara. Let me out!" The enticing voice sounded desperate. "LET ME OUT!" Kara opens her eyes and drinks the glass of water on the bedside table. She's been having weird dreams since.. Since yesterday? "What the hell happened yesterday?" She got up and covered her naked body with a robe. She opened the door to her balcony and breathes some fresh air. She then goes to the kitchen and turns on the coffee maker. She never starts her day without her coffee- pure black coffee with just the right amount of sugar. She grabs her coffee and looks at her clock. It's 6:30 in the morning. Still early to go to work. She picks out her favorite book and reads it in her balcony. After a few minutes, she looks at her clock again and realized that it's already 7:10. She went to the shower and takes a quick bath. Wrapped her hair and body with a clean towel and hurriedly went to her vanity area - that's what she calls it. When she was about to apply foundation on her face, she looks at the mirror and realized something. "Oh f**k!" she blurted out.
