"What are you talking about, Kook? Seriously. Did you hit your head or something?"

Truthfully, I had no idea what Jungkook was talking about. Me being the blood of fire? Is this a joke?

"Think about it, doll. In the prophecy, is says there that our only hope is the blood of fire. Don't you think that's the reason why someone stabbed you, a princess who happens to be a witch, and almost burned you to death?"

My eyebrows furrowed as I looked at my husband annoyingly. "I heard you the first time. What I meant is that, it could just be a coincidence. Maybe some one just wanted me dead because..."

Jungkook raised his eyebrow. "Because? You can't think of a good reason now, can you?"

I rolled my eyes at him. "Fine. Let's say Minjae wants me dead. But how the hell am I supposed to save everyone? I couldn't save Chaeng when the wolves attacked. Let alone myself when someone almost killed me fifty years ago."

"Don't underestimate yourself, doll," Jungkook pulled me closer to him. "You survived the transition and that near to death experience. You're far stronger than you think."

"Let's just not jump into conclusions, Kook," I slightly pushed him away. "For now, let's just focus on finding the real blood of fire. Oracles are very vague people. They can mean one thing then another thing. Let's not take things literally."

I moved away then walked towards our room.

It's true that "blood of fire" meant "noble" in the supernatural world. But I can't. I refuse to take that burden and carry it over my own shoulder.

As I walked upstairs, I saw an dark figure by the end of the hallway. Curious, I walked towards it. A pair of glowing eyes suddenly opened.

"Demon!" I yelled as I ran and the figure ran after me.

Wait. Why was I running? I stopped then raised my hand. Fire surrounded the demon as one by one, the vamps rushed towards me.

"How did that get in here?!" Jimin asked.

"No clue," I immediately answered. "We have to take it outside!"

Jimin and Hobi oppa nodded as they led the demon out by letting it chase them. I immediately went to Jennie unnie's room to warn her not to go out.

"Jennie unni--"

"Lisaaaa!" She screamed. A demon was pulling her out the window. Instincts took over me and I aimed a fire ball towards it making Jennie free. She immediately rushed beside me and I shielded her. But more demons came.

"Where's Yoongi?" I asked. Jennie pointed at the unconscious body laying on the floor. "Aish. We have to get you out of here--"

"Lisa!"

My vision started to go blurry as I felt my body fall on the floor.

I can't save anyone...

I'm not a savior...

Jennie saw how the demon striked Lisa as she protected her. She saw how her friend fall unconscious on the floor.

"Lisa! Lisa!" She continuously shook her but she wouldn't wake up. Her life being in danger, she looked around to find an escape hatch. But her only option was the window. "Damn it."

She hurridly jumped. She used her abilities to hover over and land safely on the ground where the rest of Bangtan, Exo and her sisters fought numerous demons.

She had no choice but to fight.

Taehyung saw Jennie fighting. He immediately rushed towards her.

"Ya! You can't fight! You have a baby in your tummy--"

"Watch out!"

He ducked as Jennie kicked the demon behind him. It didn't skip his sight how Jennie clenched her stomach.

"Gwenchana? You can't fight, Jen. We have to move you to safety--"

Taehyung wasn't able to continue what he was saying as he was sent flying by one of the demons.

Clenching her stomach, Jennie tried her best to move away. At the same time waving her hand to banish the damned demons.

"Jimin, take care of Jennie. Move her someplace safe!" Namjoon ordered his brother as he fought with one demon.

"Lisa! Where's Lisa?!" Jungkook yelled as he fought alongside Namjoon. "I haven't seen her--"

"She was knocked out by one of the demons!" Jennie said as Jimin tried to drag her out of the battlefield. "She's with Yoongi in my room! Help them, jebal!"

Jungkook didn't waste time. He fought off the demons attacking them while speeding towards the room Jennie was talking about.

There he saw his unconscious wife laying on the floor. A demon was about to devour her.

"No!"

He rushed in and stabbed the demon making it disappear into thin air.

"Lisa! Baby! Wake up!" I violently shook her. But she wouldn't respond. "Lisa!"

Yoongi heard yelling. Slowly he opened his eyes only to reveal a Jungkook violently shaking his wife to wake up. And a demon almost near them.

He grabbed his dagger, stood up and stabbed the creature right on his chest. With that, Lisa started to regain consciousness.

"Where's Jennie?"

"Jimin has her. They'll move her to safety."

"Where are these demons coming from--"

Another demon appeared out of nowhere which sent Yoongi flying out the window. Jungkook stabbed it. But the demons won't stop from spurting in and out.

"Enough!"

A huge wave of force came out of Lisa. The ripples created sent the demons flying and disappearing up in thin air. Jungkook, realizing that the manor couldn't take that much load and was about to collapse, grabbed his wife and jumped out of the window.

The two rolled on the ground just in time.

"Lisa! Jungkook!"

Jisoo ran towards the two as the rest watched the manor crumble to the ground. The demons were nowhere to be found.

Instinctively, Jungkook turned to look at his wife. Again, Lisa was unconscious.

"Who did that?" Rosé asked.

Everyone looked at Jungkook and Lisa. Jungkook looked at his wife who was now resting on his lap.

"The blood of fire. The blood of fire did that."

Jennie held on to Jimin tightly while clenching her own stomach. They were still running away from the demon that's following them.

She couldn't use her abilities since she was in pain. But a sudden shake on the ground made them lose balance making Jimin fall. But due to his vampire reflex, he was able to dodge the fall and out Jennie to safety. The demon was gone.

"What was that?" He asked.

"I don't know," Jennie answered. "But whatever it was, we have to take this opportunity to leave."

"Arasso." Jimin crouched a bit. "Hop on. I'll take you to Wayji."

Jennie nodded and hopped on Jimin's back.

"I need you to make a portal out of this place. Can you do that?"

"I-I can't. My stomach hurts too much and I can't concentrate--"

"Are there any other exit points here?"

"The north. I can open the existing portal there."

"Okay. Hold tight."

"Where are they?!" Yoongi hissed. "Where did Jimin take Jennie?"

"If my hunch is correct, Jimin might take Jennie out of Beulping," Rosé said. "And the only existing portal that Wayji witches can open is at the north."

"Then what are we waiting for? We should follow them!"

The others followed Yoongi as Jungkook carried the weak Lisa bridal style.

"How did those demons get in? I thought Beulping was impenetratable?" Suho asked.

"I have the same query," Namjoon added. "Couldn't it be that someone's been letting those demons in?"

"I've been thinking lately..." Rosé suddenly blurted out. She was riding Chanyeol's back. "It's only been twice since demons entered without consent. Well, directly at the manor to be exact."

"Demons used to enter but only around the borderline..." Jisoo recalled. She held on to Jin as he carried her on his back. "But never near the manor..."

"We entered Beulping because of a portal Sooman created," Kai mentioned. "It could be because of him again."

"It couldn't be him..." Rosé said. "Did you actually see him create the portal? As far as I know, only Wayji witches can create portals in Beulping..."

"Before EXO attacked you guys, who was the last to enter Beulping using a portal?" Namjoon asked.

"Before EXO attacked, Sajangnim came with Bigbang---Oh my gods!" Rosé immediately covered her mouth. "You guys..."

Namjoon nodded. "It could be your Sajangnim, girls. How else do you think those gems ended up in the shaft below?"

"That's absurd--"

"We're here!" Sehun exclaimed pointing at the portal. "Someone used it before we did."

"Jennie and Jimin might have used it to get out."

"Namjoon, Suho," Jisoo said. "We need to go to Wayji. I think that's where Jennie and Jimin are going. We have to stop them 'coz sajangnim might be a threat."

"Why would he hurt Jennie?" Lisa weakly said.

"Remember the 'Blood of Fire'?" The others nodded. "Jennie's from a long line of Aristocratic witches. Aristocrats are like noble people, right? Well, Blood of fire literally means Royal Blood! He's after Jennie's baby!"

"Oh my gods you're right!" Rosé gasped.

Jungkook was about to say something but Lisa stopped him by tugging his shirt. She shook her head saying no.

Namjoon looked at the couple and Lisa did the same. The elder sighed.

"We have to save them then," Yixing said. "If that baby is our only hope, we should do our best to save them."

"We better split up. The other half should go get reinforcements while the other rescue Jennie and Jimin," Suho instructed. "Xiumin, Baekhyun, Chen, Kyungsoo and Yixing, go to Got7 and ask for their help. If you have time contact Seventeen too."

One by one the supernaturals entered the portal. But something doesn't add up, Jungkook thought. He looked pver at Lisa.

"Do you agree with them? About your sajangnim?" He asked his wife.

"I don't know anymore, Kook. As much as I want to disagree, it's too much of a coincidence that the demons appear every time Sajangnim leaves Beulping." She sighed. "But there's something that doesn't add up."

"You feel it too?" She nodded.

"There were three gems. We only touched one. Whose gems were the other two?"

"Ikon and Winner took the other two before either was touched--"

"We have to find those gems, Kook," lisa insisted. "I have a feeling that those gems hold the answer to all our questions. Those gems... they're the key."

"Jungkook! Lisa! Are you coming?"

The two quickly followed the others but they'll be going somewhere else. They need answers. And they need to find those as soon as they can.

JUNGKOOK

"Kook!" Lisa yelled-whispered. "Over here!"

We were in Wayji, yes but they're deeper inside the coven's headquarters. According to Lisa, Jinhwan was able to talk to her about some passages within the building and was able to describe them well.

"There. The gems are locked in there."

"How sure are you?"

"The treasure chest, duh. Doesn't it look familiar to you?"

I rolled my eyes. What a sassy wife I have. "How do you propose we take that? I'm sure its security is tight and--"

PLOP!

The treasure chest fell on my lap. Lisa grinned at me like I'm some sort of an i***t.

"Now, let's take one gem and find out whose memory it holds..."

Lisa carefully opened the box and the light almost blinded me.

"This. Let's check this first--"

And with that, they got warped into a crazy lightshow. Then darkness.

"Min jae-ssi..."

It was a woman's voice. I looked over to Lisa who has both her hand on her mouth.

"Min jae-ah..."

Minjae smiled as the woman walked towards him and sat on his lap. She kissed him.

"You've got to be kidding me." I muttered as the woman in the memory came to full view.

"It can't be..." Lisa suddenly said. Tears dropped on her cheeks as she supressed her sobs.

"You know I'd do everything for you, right Minjae-ah?"

"I know... that's why you'll be entering Beulping, my darling. And you will tell me everything."

"Of course," the woman chuckled. "Those girls wouldn't know what hit them."

The man leaned in to kiss the womans cheek lovingly. I almost vomitted inside my mouth.

"Always reliable, my dear Roseanne..."
