Each step he took was heavier and heavier. His legs were giving out from the pressure. The backpack was weighting him down even more. A car passed him by. It stopped a few meters forward on the road. - Hey nerd! Do you need a ride? - asked a familiar voice. Weylyn furrowed his eyebrows. It was Robert, the biggest asshole in the school. - No, thank you Rob! I can handle myself. - Oh, c'mon Wolfie. Take it as a "thank you" for helping me pass the exam yesterday! The nickname "Wolfie" was made up by Rob himself, because Weylyn had a long, curly brown hair and beautiful blue and green eyes. Rob got out of his Mustang Ford, a rare sight in the city, and the whole country, and helped out the boy with his backpack. The car was quite cramped. Inside were all the other bullies - Sean, William and Xander. He was positioned on the backseat, near the muscular William, who was training for a wrestling competition, and Xander, who in contrast was just obese, but very tall. - You know what. I think I can go to school on my own. - No, Wolfie. You're not going to school today. - laughed Sean. - Okay boys, where shall we take our victim? - asked Robert. - The Death Bridges! - yelled Xander in his deep voice. - Yeah, sure. Let's go there. - Will agreed quietly. - Guys, please. Don't. - started begging Weylyn, but to no avail. The car made a complete U turn and headed to the outskirts of the city. It stopped near a dirt road, that was leading deep in the forest. The bullies snatched their prey and headed up the dirt road. - Please, let me go! - screamed Weylyn. - Someone help me! - Shut up, nerd. No one can help you here. You are mine. - grinned Rob. - Why are you doing this? I helped you with the exam! - You helped me alright, but the teacher find out that i cheated. You must've left a sign or something, right? - No, I swear! I didn't do anything wrong! - Shut up. William tossed the boy on the ground. As soon as Weylyn got up, Rob punched him square in the jaw, making him fall down. - Come on, let's beat the s**t out of him! - he yelled and they proceeded to kick the helpless boy. After a solid one minute session of kicking and blood spitting, they finally stopped. - Let that be a lesson, dickhead. Never f**k with me again. Am I clear? - Rob asked calmly. - Y-yes. I-I'm...sorry. Forgive...m-me. - spat out Weylyn. The bullies started laughing as one. - C'mon, let's drive him to school. He needs to learn, so that he can help us graduate. William grabbed him by the ankle and started dragging him to the trunk of the car. The car drifted in a half doughnut and screetched towards the school. William unceremoniously dropped Weylyn on the ground. He started squirming around like a worm. Robert kicked him in the guts and spat on him. - Let that be a lesson for everyone. - he said seriously, A girl ran towards the seemingly dying boy on the grass, but Rob grabbed her. - What the f**k are you doing, sweety? - he asked the girl, shaking her around. - Don't you know not to touch someone else's toys? - Let me go, you chimpanzee. The boy is in dire need of help! - she screamed at the bully. - What fancy dialect is this? Where are you from? - he smiled, while still shaking her around. - Let me down in an instant! - screamed the blonde girl. - And what will happen if I don't let you down, beautiful? - he and his followers grinned. - Then you'll have a problem with me, young man. - said a thick and deep voice from behind the girl. - Who the f**k are you? The tall man approached Rob and grabbed carefully his arm, as he leaned in to his ear. - I know how to end your unworthy life in twelve different ways. Let her down, or I'll need to use this. - he said, opening slightly up his coat, revealing a gun tucked in his jeans. The rich boy let the girl down and slowly backed away. - That's right. And if I see you anyway near my daughter, I will have to speak to your father, Robert Tuckinson. - I don't know how you know my name, but when my dad finds out about this situation, you'll pay for this! - yelled Rob and signaled to his gang to get in the car. - I'm looking forward to it, young man. - smiled the man. - What are you doing? I could've handled the situation, dad! - yelled the girl. - From what I was seeing, he was rag-dolling you around while you were begging him to drop you down, Cassie. - Whatever, help me with the boy, please. - She grabbed his head and examined it. - He looks...awful. We need to bring him... . - she stopped talking and looked around. Everyone was just sitting around and looking at them. - Are you for real? Won't you come and at least see if he's alive? Jeez. The group of people started going inside the school. - Marvelous. Dad, help me get him to the hospital, please. - It won't look good for your record, if you skip the very first day of school, young lady. - I don't care. Put him inside the car. The bullies were watching everything from a safe distance. - Who is she? - asked Robert. - How should we know, boss? - answered Sean. - Well go and f*****g find out, would ya? Be useful for one thing at the very least! - Aye boss. - he replied. - Also, find out more about her dad. Who is he. And why the f**k does he have a gun. - You got it. Robert spat on the ground. - I'll teach her how to respect me. One way or the other.
