Preface

They thought they could break me; the torture was nonstop. My lips were dry and cracked caked with the dried blood. My eyes were barely open or maybe that was just me. Maybe they’re just swollen from all the hits and kicks.  I knew I had at least two broken ribs, femur, shoulder blade and I’m guessing an ankle? I wonder amused, my leg went numb sometime last night so there was no way of moving it to see if it would flop like a dingle hop. “Please just tell us what we need to go, and it stops. Why do you keep fighting us? We are you family why do you protect them? They wouldn’t do this for you.” I heard this raspy whisper from the corner. You could tell the person was horrified. “You realize right and wrong shouldn’t be pushed aside just cause someone else would do something you wouldn’t right?” I growled feeling my Luna come through my throat. She was so mad, and I couldn’t blame her all I tried to do was calm her inside. Luna its ok. Soon we will leave this place and we will be free to stretch our legs, feel the ground underneath our feet. We will rip them to shreds in a glorious hunt. They will regret hurting us. Most important they will regret hurting our son. “Just tell us were he is Kay! Then you can be with your son!” A crying voice emerged from the dark it was angelic and beautiful hiding the evil behind it. Oh, goodie mother finally decided to grace us with her presence. My son’s beautiful sweet smell of cookies and dirt were all over her but, something also metallic…blood. “SO, MY MATE FOR MY SON???? DO YOU THINK I DON’T KNOW? I SMELL IT ON YOU! FOR THAT YOU WILL DIE!”
