D R E A M E R

The sun slowly sets, the sky is stained in an orange colour signifying that the day is coming to an end. Along the streets of Tokyo, a young boy named Hikari is walking home alone and on his way, he came across an abandoned book store. Hikari was filled with curiosity and an overwhelming temptation to see what was inside and so he succumbed to those emotions. He entered the book store and walked around, all he saw were old books and dusty shelves, he began to think that it was a waste of time to come here until he turned around and set his sight upon a glowing book. Hikari grabbed the book without hesitation and put it in his bag as he walked out the store and rushed his way home. After finally arriving, he walked upstairs and got into his bedroom and locked it. Hikari took the book from his bag pack and sat down, the moment he opened the book, he saw an incantation which activates the book's power. Hikari : “A long journey in a place where monsters dwell, only the bravest can see its end.” After saying those words out loud, Hikari was somehow magically sucked into the book. Upon arrival, he opened his eyes and saw a completely different world filled with mountains, forests and giant flying beasts. He stood on a mountain wondering how he arrived to this unknown place. Hikari made his way down the mountain and wandered through the forest hoping to eventually find some people, but he ended up in a territory ruled over by goblins. As he walked around, an arrow flew by his face and hit a tree next to him, Hikari quickly turned around and began running as fast as he could with a sense of fear at heart. Not being fast enough, the goblins jumped infront of Hikari causing him to trip and fall down. Hikari knew that there was nowhere else to run and so he confronted the goblins. Hikari :“Who are you guys !? and what do ya want ?” Garou :“My name is Garou, this here is Spin and we're Goblins. Who are you ?” Hikari:“I'm Hikari.” Garou :“Well nice to meet you Hikari, sorry for shooting an arrow at you earlier, we just thought you were one of them.” Spin :“We should take him back to the village and tell the chief about him.” Garou :“Good idea Spin, let's go.” Hikari :“Wait, what !?” The goblins took Hikari along with them back to their village. They took him to the chief of the village and started asking him questions. Chief Goblin :“And who might you be young one ?” Hikari :“Hikari, I'm trying to find my way back home.” Chief Goblin :“I don't know, all I remember is reading a book then, Boom! next thing I'm here.” Chief Goblin :“I see, and judging by your clothing, you are not one of any tribe or monster race, but your appearance however says you are one of the humans." Garou :“He is a human my lord, but not one of them. He must be from another realm.” Spin :“Yes that explains it, many have appeared into this world by unknown means, he must be one of them.” Chief Goblin :“Well this sure is a pickle ay ?” As their conversation drags on, the village is attacked by a dragon. Hikari,Garou and the others hear the noise outside and rush out to see what was happening. They saw the dragon settings fire to the village, Garou and Spin quickly ran to battle the dragon however they were not strong enough and were badly injured . Hikari stood there in fear and confusion , his body refused to move and thousands of voices kept screaming in his ear. While Garou and Spin were down , the dragon swung its tail trying to crush them, however , to everyone's suprise Hikari stopped the dragon's tail . It seemed that the fear which once shrouded him was no gone. The dragon was infuriated by this and so he released a loud roar and created a massive ball of flames from his mouth, the flame ball was aimed at Hikari with the intention of incinerating him however Hikari raised his right arm and directed it to the fireball . A vigorous gust of wind was released from his hand which was strong enough to repel the fireball and blow away the dragon. Hikari :“I might not know anything about this world or its people, but one thing I know is that anyone who tries to harm or endanger the lives of others, is no good person !” The villagers were thrilled to have been saved , they all huddled around Hikari and cheered him on while thanking him for saving them . The chief Goblin smiled and looked deep into Hikari's eyes, knowing full well that he was to perform more miracles in the future . While the villagers celebrate their victory , the dragon returned to his kingdom to report what happened to the Dragon King ; Inferno . Even though he knew it was shameful for him to return empty handed , he also knew that the Goblins must be dealt with in the harshest manner . King Inferno :“So you mean to tell me that you were defeated by small Goblins ?” Dragon :“No sir , the goblins did not defeat me. I was defeated by a very strong human !” King Inferno :“That is impossible , humans despise monsters , them helping goblins is nonsense.” Dragon :“That is what I thought too sir.” General Drago :“If a human did help the goblins that would mean the two races formed an alliance, we cannot allow this to go without punishment King Inferno, we must go destroy both of them.” King Inferno :“Now now, there is no need to jump into such conclusions and make decisions we might regret , the humans are powerful and us attacking them would be suicide. I'll send messengers to confirm if this alliance is true or not , if it is then we will take action.” General Drago :“Very well then your majesty , we shall do as you say.” TO BE CONTINUED. . .
