When my eyes opened, I shifted slightly. Slightly confused. Was that a dream? I was still in bed. I pushed back the blanket to see I was in just my boxers. Not a dream then. Had Gage lifted me and tucked me into bed? I stood and walked to the kitchen to get a drink. I froze when I saw him lounging on my couch. For the first time, I got a good look at him. He was wearing a suit. A nice one. He looked up from his phone and swung his feet to the floor as he sat up. "You're awake. How do you feel?" "Why are you still here?"
