EPISODE 33- MORILLO AND FEDERICA

Back at the cave, the jester-like man was about to finish his preparation. A drawn magic circle where the kidnapped girls we're put suddenly started to give off a faint purple glow. The Master looking man then started to chant, the words that came from his mouth we're unfamiliar and could not be understood by the human tongue.

Suddenly the purple glow started to become brighter, as the man continued his chant. But after a few minutes, the man suddenly stopped from his chant. He then suddenly felt an ominous presence, but the man did not give off a sense of fear. Instead, he asked the evil presence that suddenly appeared, “Who are you?”

There was nobody there but suddenly a voice replied, “I am the one who you call, I am one of the commanders of the dark lord. So why you have summoned me human… No, you are not a human anymore, but I sense a loathsome human soul dwelling in you. This, your grudge is giving me power…I see now, hahaha! Revenge is it, we'll your offering is enough, but it will take some time to devour them.”

The jester looking man then spoke to the presence, “I don't care how long it takes, I just want you to be summoned and wreak havoc on this world.”

“Then I will need you to be angrier so I could have more power. Then let's go back to the origins of your loathing, so I could feel how this rage started.”

Suddenly the man saw his surroundings turned black until the surroundings transformed to the capital of the Kingdom Descarga, where a man somewhere at the age of thirty with a jet black hair was kneeling down in the middle of the throne room, in his front was a king seating in his throne. The man wore a white robe and carried a golden staff.

“This is me a hundred years in the past,” spoke the jester looking man. “That king, it's been too long since I saw him.”

“What's this you loathe the king, I wonder why is that?” Spoke the ominous voice to the jester-like man.

“Your majesty, I have subdued the forces of the dark lord heading towards the capital.” Spoke the man in the white robe.

The king who was seated in his throne stood up and spoke, “Very good, then as I promised,” the king then ordered his subordinates, “bring the rewards of this man right here.”

“As you wish your majesty,” answered one of the servants before leaving the room.

After a few minutes, the door back to the throne room opened and servants carrying chests filled with gold suddenly entered. The servants then laid the chests in front of the robed man, making him anxious at the riches laid in his front.

The king then walked towards the man and spoke, “As I promised, the reward is a lot of gold that is capable of buying your own territory and a position in my government. ”

“I am very grateful for this your majesty, but…”

The king suddenly stopped in his advance and asked the robed man, “But, what? Morillo.”

“I have been thinking about it for years and years my king, if I am truly happy with the money and power you give me, over my freedom to spend my days with my daughter.”

“I see, so you don't want money and power as you believe you will not find happiness, but you believeth that your daughter could fill the void that greed creates in your heart. ”

The robed man then raised his head and spoke to the king, “Yes, my daughter is the only thing that could satisfy me. So, your majesty, the reward I truly wish is not for money, but the freedom to spend my final days with my daughter.”

“I understand your feeling as I am a father myself, so your wish for freedom will be your reward. Too bad, I am gonna lose a valuable asset of your caliber.”

“Do not worry your majesty, I'm sure there are more upcoming talented mages that could replace me. I'm sure they will aid this kingdom well.”

The king gives a laugh after hearing the robed man named Morillo. The king then gave his order, “Then by the power rested in me, I order this man in front of me, the great court magician Morillo to be relieved of his position.”

“Thank you, your majesty.” After that, the robed man then left the throne room and left the palace. The man had a satisfied look and smile on his face, that everyone he met could tell that he had a great day.

Today's the day, I have been relieved of my position. Now I can spend my days with my cute daughter Frederica. But before I go home, how should I tell Frederica that I could finally play house with her. Wait I can buy her a new toy tea set, a new doll, or a new dress.

“Right it's decided I will buy her all of those things for cute Frederica.” She will probably jump at me yell, “Papa! I miss you, I have been a good girl today, so do you have any presents.”

Morillo didn't realize that he was getting too much attention, from the people who saw him wriggling in the middle of the street, as he daydreams about her happy daughter. “Then it's decided I'll go to the shopping center and buy Frederica everything that they have to offer.”

The sun was already setting and Morillo was in front of a decent house it was not small or too big either. Living in this kind of house has surprised many people who know him, as court magicians earn the same salary as a lord. Even with that income, Morillo chose to live his life modestly with an average life and average family.

Morillo then entered the house and yelled “My cute daughter, where are you!?! Papa's back with amazing news and gifts.”

Suddenly a little girl with short jet black hair that reaches her shoulder and had a purple iris, she was running down the stairs of the house and yelled “Papi! Welcome home!”

“Ahh~ my daughter I miss your cuteness!” Morillo then Hugs his daughter and rubbed his beard to his daughter.

“Papi that tickles! hahaha, please stop!”

“Papi won't stop until you give him a kiss, and say I love you, Papi.”

“I love you, Papi! Mwaaa!”

“Oh, you're so adorable, Frederica.”

“Then don't leave me anymore, Papi! I want Papi to be by my side fowever and ever.”

Morillo then suddenly had a smile on his face, he then carried Frederica and happily spoke, “Don't worry Frederica Papi's finally gonna stay by your side forever and ever!”

“Weally! You're not gonna leave alone with auntie, you'll finally play tea party and dolly with me.”

Morillo then put her daughter down and gave her multiple bags made of cloth. These bags are only given to customers of expensive shops that nobles mostly got to, so you could say most of the things that Morillo bought were expensive.

“There are new toys here, Frederica go play with them upstairs. Also, where's your Auntie, Frederica?”

“I'm here Morillo,” spoke a girl around the age of twenty, she had long blond hair that reaches her waist, she also had the same purple iris as Frederica.

“Thanks for watching over Frederica while I was gone, Besh.”

Besh then walked to the door and spoke, “Then Morillo and Frederica, I'll be taking my leave.”

“Bye-bye, auntie Besh! Let's play again next time!” Morillo then looked at his daughter who was happily waving her hand. Frederica then started looking at the new toys that her father bought.

Frederica is so cute, I can't stop screaming internally in her cuteness. Oh, God please help me not to explode with all the energy of screams I am currently holding in!

“Must keep it in!”

“Papi are you ok, you look like about to go boom boom.”

The jester-like man didn't even look away at the scene that has happened. Everything that happened here he has glued his eyes and did not miss a single second of it.

“You are wishing to relieve every second of these events? The human soul dwelling inside you is still predictable, I guess you wouldn't summon me if you don't have that human soul dwelling in you.”

“Federica my daughter, I can finally spend my last days with you.”

“I know Papi, so let's play horsie, you be the horse, Papi!”

The two then went above and enjoyed their time, playing. Federica's laugh was what you call a satisfied happy daughter. After playing for two hours, Morillo brought Frederica to the kitchen where he cooked dinner.

Morillo then ate dinner with her daughter Federica who was careful in eating the hot food. But Frederica suddenly looked sad, “I miss mommy's cooking,” spoke Federica.

Morillo answered, “I also miss her cooking Frederica, why don't I bring you somewhere amazing if you finish eating all of the veggies.”

“Really!?!”

“Yes!”

After fifteen minutes the two finally finished eating their dinner. Morillo was now carrying her daughter, who was excited.

“Where are we going, Papi?”

“That's a secret, just hold on tight.” Morillo then spoke a skill, “Teleportation,” a magic circle suddenly appeared on the floor. They then vanished into thin air as the magic circle also disappeared. A magic circle then appeared on the rooftop of Morillo's house.

Suddenly Morillo who was carrying her daughter appeared into the thin air. Morillo put down her daughter on the roof, he also took a seat in the roof and both of them had a perfect view of the stars shining above the skies.

“Papi it's so pretty,” spoke Federica.

Morillo then spoke, “Federica do you know that when we die, God makes us like those stars. ”

“Why does God, make us stars?”

Morillo looked at his daughter with a smile, and answered, “So that we could still gaze at the love ones that we left behind when we die.”

“Then mommy is looking at us right now!?!”

“Yes, somewhere those stars is your mommy looking at you.”

Federica then gazed at the stars and yelled, “Mommy I love you!”

Morillo showed a smile and carried Federica who was yawning. “Let's go to bed Federica, your mom would scold me if she saw you not taking enough rest.”

“Yes, Papi.”

The presence then spoke again, “You thought everything was finally a happy ending. Until two weeks after leaving your post, it happened. ”

“I have seen enough, I don't want to see…”

“To see your daughter get brutally murdered in front of your eyes. How pathetic you were, obeying the person who killed your daughter. The king surely enjoyed every second of how your daughter was brutally killed, and how he forced you to watch it.”

“Shut up!” yelled the jester-like man at the voice.

“The justification that the king said to you on why he had done this horrible thing was, “Because you are too dangerous to be uncontrolled. Your daughter might take revenge so I will kill her too.” How cruel must it have been, seeing the man you obeyed for so long kill your daughter like some stray dog. But I am here on your side willing to help you avenge your daughter, so release all that hatred you are hiding.”

The jester-like man then released a crimson aura which suddenly took the form of the presence. The voice finally has a form using the crimson aura that the jester man was releasing.

“That's right be angry, give all the hatred, make me more powerful. So I could destroy everything that the king has built be destroyed. Remember how the king and his servants killed your daughter in cold blood. ”

“Destroy everything the King has, for my daughter, my promise Federica will be fulfilled.” The man then returned to the cave where the purple glow of the magic circle suddenly turned crimson red and the maidens were slowly sinking down the magic circle. The jester-like man then started to chant the unfamiliar words again. 

But he was chanting alongside a demonic entity who has taken the form from his rage. The demon has released its own powerful aura that could make a human cower to its knees.
