I sat on the back porch with a beer in my hands watching Aless play with the butterflies that are floating around her. She’s happy, happier than she has been for a while. It’s been two months since everything happened and it’s been a whirlwind of a time. Looking out at her smiling face, I know for sure, no matter what happens, everything will be okay, it will be what it’s supposed to be.
