We were back in James's office, Alex and James paced around for a good ten minutes whilst the guard had taken Damien to get some clothes.
”You had us f*****g worried to death,” Alex said and raked a hand through his messy hair. They were both newly awake.
”How did we not hear you leave?” James asked as he stopped pacing. I shrugged my shoulder.
”Chase was here with a wizard, an old man. I think he had you all under a spell, Chase told me you wouldn't wake up if I moved or even if I screamed.”
”Told you? He was in the room?”
”Yes, I went with him,” I said and raised my head.
