“N-No no no!”
Atticus runs in the water to save his life he was shock when a woman suddenly appeared and killed the creature on the water.
He can't move, he can't speak and he can't talk after what he saw. The girl has red hair and she has a sword on her right hand. He can't believe it, where is he? And what happened to Dalton and the black book?
Atticus roams around his eyes and that's when he noticed that the surrounding was different. It's like he's inside a video game! The tall trees, the flowers... and everything he's seeing right now, he can see all of that in a video game!
"Who are you?!" the red-haired woman shouted.
What am I gonna tell her?! That I came from another world?
Atticus almost had a heart attack when the woman pointed the sword on him. He can see that the sword's blade and Atticus is so sure that if the woman will attack him using that sword he will be cut into pieces.
"A-Ah—I—"
Damnit! I can't find the right words to say! I am so scared, she looked so scary, and what if she will kill me?
When Atticus looked at the red-haired woman she looked like those heroes on a video game that he once played. He can't believe right now that he is inside the book and that he's out of their world.
That Dalton, he is the one to blame! He made me fall on his trap. I helped him and yet he did this to me, once I came back I will make sure that he will pay.
But even after he said that to himself he knows that he cannot do that do Dalton, he is so afraid of the man and he can't even say words on his bully classmate.
"I will repeat my question again and if you do not answer I will kill you! who are you?!" the red-haired woman asked again.
Atticus hurriedly went out of the water.
"H-Hey!" the red-haired woman shouted and she runs at the water to go near him.
"P-Please don't kill me! Please!" Atticus said running and when he get out of the water he almost fell on the ground because he didn't notice the rock.
"Help me! H-help! This woman is going to kill me!" He shouted.
The woman got angry and her eyes were sharply looking at him.
"I am warning you! if you don't stop from running I will really kill you!" the red-haired woman said.
What have I gotten into? My heart beats so fast because of fear. What am I doing in this world and heck, what is that book doing there and why is that book absorbing Dalton?
Atticus cannot help thinking about what happened. This is really Dalton's fault, he was being good to him that's he helped him but what did he do in return? He pushed him that is why he's the one who came here in this weird world.
A while ago when the woman with red hair defeats the creature he didn't expect that she would go for him. He thought she saved him but her eyes were sharply looking at him. Atticus run and get out of the water because he's afraid that the woman would hurt and kill him.
He shouted for help but no one came. When the red-haired woman raised her hand he sat down in fear.
"P-Please... d-don't, I am not a bad person, I-I didn't know what am I doing here... P-Please spare m-my life... don't kill me." He said in fear.
Atticus can feel he is trembling because of fear. He can't die now, he wanted to say sorry to his father he wanted to make sure that before he die he is okay and that he has a good life. He can't live him yet because he knows that he is a drunkard.
My father didn't become a good one for me but I still love him and I can't die now because I still wanted to be with him.
When he looked around again Atticus was sure that he's not in their world. The water and the trees looks different. The creature a while ago only exists in video games and the red-haired woman has bow and arrow on her back and has a sword on her right hand.
Atticus eyes widened, is he in a video game? In a fantasy book? Everything was surreal. He can't believe it.
"Now, tell me, who are you? Are you an enemey?!" The woman said.
When the red-haired woman pointed the sword at him he fell down on the ground and he shouted in fear.
"N-no! I-I--" he can't tell her who he is! She will not believe if eveh if he tells her!
When the woman walk closer and the blade of her sword was hust inches away on him Atticus asked, "W-Where am I?" , "Where i-is this place?!"
He keeps on asking the red-haired woman that made her mad and when Atticus saw her put back the sword he thought that she’s going to spare her but he was shock and his fear rise when she looked at him sharply.
I-Is he gonna kill me like what he did on the creature a while ago? S-She looked harmless, she has a beautiful face b-but looks can really deceive you.
"Why are you not telling me your name if you are not an enemy?" The red-haired woman asked.
"I-I am not, It's just that... I-I--"
He was so scared to talk! And now the red-haired woman looked so irritated. He tried to get up and run but the woman pulled him back and because he was so scared to be killed he shouted.
"Ahhhh! Please! D-don't! I-I still want to see my father! I-i still wants to be with him! Don't kill me!" He shouted.
He was about to say something when the woman punched him hard on his stomach.
And that's when Atticus lost his consciousness.
