The others shared a glance with each other and then smirked. I could feel where this was about to go, but he was preoccupying my mind with the heat of his hand on my waist. I was unfamiliar with the actions he was showing and embarrassed at how close our bodies were, so I fiddled with the straps of my bag, feeling awkward with how much attention I was receiving. Even though I knew I was getting better, I could not help it. Luis was looking down at me, but I felt his body tense as one of his friends opened their mouth.
“Not like you to be possessive, Luis.” David stated with a smirk. “You must have been telling the truth when you said she was the only one for you.”
