“I’m sorry. Luci told me not to get involved, but when my father told me your story… I just could not help myself.” Aura said, stepping forward. “I hated that something like his fall prevented you from being with your beloved, and I wondered what it would have been like if the same happened to me.”
“It’s true. I know you hated me because my fall caused her suicide, but I did not realize just how much I had a negative effect on all of those involved. It does not correct the wrong I did, but I do hope to end the cycle here.” Lucifer added, keeping his head down. “When I found Aura here with Camille, struggling to understand her with the language barrier, I realized that maybe if I had given my opinion more instead of just fighting with people… then maybe… none of this would have happened.”
