Finding our Mate

Chapter 6

As soon as I got home to hell, after a very fruitful day. I reach the pack house and was making my way to my room. I was alarmed when Eric the Beta came and told me the alpha want to see me in their kingdom right away.  

“Did you sense the difference in the air, I feel this strong power. Oh well I guess the other alpha’s are here, said Eric.”

I dropped my bag and made my way to the haunted castle. I spotted the Midnight Pack and every hair on my body stood up.  But guess who was present? No other persons than Anna, Zack, Zack’s father and 2 other persons of which I don’t know.  I smirked at Anna and went in through the side door. 

I went in and made my way to where the Alpha and Luna was waiting for me. On my way, I saw some luggage in the waiting area of the castle . I went to get a closer look of who was here then a scent hit me. I was so mesmerizing, I was a mixture of coffee and vanilla blended together with orange blossom, jasmine, and pear. it was amazing and it set my wolf on fire and on edge. As I approached the suitcase I realized that Kathrine name is written on all of them. I turn around and continue on my way to meet the Alpha.  The scent keep getting stronger and stronger which made my wolf even crazier.

After walking for what seems like eternity, the scent starts to fade and that was when my wolf calm down. Few minutes later I walked in the room, the alpha (Katherine’s dad) told me to help the other maids set up the guest rooms for our guests. 

I set off on my way and I smell the sent again, However, I ignored it and went to do what I came there to do. After about an hour or more, I finish setting up the rooms. I went back to tell the alpha that the rooms are ready. while talking to the Alpha I saw Zack and Anna along with 2 other Alphas. One of the Alphas is Zacks Father and the other is an Alpha that I don’t know. I have never heard or seen him before.

It seems as if Kathrine's dad was keeping a welcome home part for her. As I was making my way to the door about to leaving I smell the strong scent again. I then walked over to Anna and sniffed her. she turned to me and asked me if I smell coffee. I looked at her then my wolf said sister inside my head. For a minute I was out of it. Then the scent hit me again.

This time I wasn't only me who smelt it but also Anna. Anna and I start walking to the direction of the scent when we saw a beautiful lady descending the stairs. Anna and I said in unison Mate. we both looked at each other confused as hell. 

Who is your mate? I ask Anna. I want to make sure it wasn't Katherine who was descending the stairs. 

"The lady descending the stair in that beautiful breath taking ivory satin, heavy yet smooth dress. she looked like a bride, no a princess no a queen my queen. Her olive skin and beautiful brown cat eyes are mesmerizing",  Anna replied.

Katherine finally descend the stairs while everyone was wishing her  Happy birthday and also congratulating her on completing her studies in the UK. Anna and I look at each other then I heard Starrk my wolf in my head.

“You share mate with the girl that has my sister’s wolf which means you two might be twins”.

I looked at Anna while blocking out Starrk and said lets approach our mate. We both walked up to Katherine and said mate. She freaked out because she had not one but  two mates both a male and a female.

Katherine asked several question in which we did not know how to answer. she later told us that she will talk to her father and let us know what is happening. With that said she walked off to her father. leaving both Anna ans I stunned.

“Didn’t she feel the power, the mate pull? I know she felt it just as we do. I said to Anna”

“But how and why did the Moon Goddess give us the same mate? I think we are missing something here.”

while they were talking, I saw the father entire demeanor changed and he looked angry and puffy like a soursop fish. He approached both me and Anna,

“what kind of insult is this. is this a joke or a prank? He whispered so only Anna and I could hear.

Katherine is promised to Zack and only him will have her no-one else. I need this alliance I need to be king. Anyone dear to stop me from being king will have my wolf to content with.”

Anna and I went outside and I told her I will be leaving this pack because I am not a part of this pack.

“She later told me that the Alpha that she came with is not her biological father either. He found her in a baby carriage floating and because he had no child of his own and his wife is dead he adopted me like daughter. I myself do not know my real parents. But my wolf said something to me while I was following the scent and found you. She said brother! Could that be the reason why we have the same mate?”

While Anna and I was talking outside, Zack and his boys came out. Starrk was already upset I didn’t fight for our mate so I know he wanted to kill.
