The field was in an uproar, the pack warriors were all hurt that Devon, one of my fiercest and most dedicated warriors, someone who is held in high regard with every single member of this pack has taken a dagger and plunged it into every member of this pack's back.
I felt like I had just been kicked in the stomach by a mule and had the wind knocked from my lungs.
