Coughing, jet lag, and sore ribs combined to wake Maggie. Kurt was sacked out on the far side of the bed and Mike was nowhere to be seen. She shuffled into the bathroom and took antibiotics and used the inhaler. Damn that stuff made her feel shaky, or maybe it was the inhaler combined with all the remaining crap in her lungs. Either way she needed to be vertical for a while. Clothes, there needed to be clothes. She felt cold. One of Kurt’s sweat shirts hung over a chair in the corner of the bedroom. She put it on. Pants?
