I closed my eyes once more and sighed. These past few days is like hell to me.
“Sir, tumawag po ang manager ni Ma’am Adelle. Hinihintay ka na daw po doon sa hospital.”
“Tell her I am coming.”
Adelle needs to stay in the hospital for three days to make sure that everything about the baby is okay. And today, she will be discharged from the hospital. The doctor advised that she need full bedrest. The reason why I hired a private nurse for her.
“Miggy, babe, I thought you’re not coming to fetch us.” Adelle pursed her lips when I came to kiss her in the forehead.
“Are you ready to go home?” I asked her.
