Tinulungan ko si Nic na ayusin ang coat niya. I could tell he was already tired from the way he sighed.
"Okay ka lang?" Tanong ko.
"Yeah. I'm good," agad niyang sagot bago humarap sa'kin. "This is just so tiring."
"Hindi ka kasi natulog ng maaga kagabi."
He took my hand and we exited the building, waiting for his car to valeted in the driveway. "Can you believe that I couldn't actually fall asleep last night because of this?"
