The day was progressing normally, or at least that's what I thought as I worked side by side with Bobby, or rather, with Robert, on the market analysis of Sullivan Tech's tablet. The tension from the previous incident when we argued about the alleged information theft had subsided, and both of us seemed to be focusing on our work.
That's when Miranda, Emma's housemate, made her dramatic entrance. She approached Bobby with a familiarity that caught me off guard. Before I could process the situation, she kissed him on the lips, leaving me shocked. The display of intimacy between them left me stunned.
“Missed you,” she said with a mischievous smile.
